youpup.store Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives youpup.store a pretty low trust score on the platform: 15.7. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 15.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to youpup.store's industry. The algorithm flagged its seemingly suspicious success, even with a newly registered domain. It also detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning youpup.store, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between youpup.store and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of youpup.store. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of youpup.store, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. youpup.store is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether youpup.store has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether youpup.store boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, youpup.store.

Excuse after excuse, delaying delivery further & further.I ordered it at the beginning of November, to finally get a Royal Mail delivery number, that isn’t recognised on the RM website, on the 25th. Now to be told it will probably be after Christmas.I’ve asked for a refund, which they’ve refused. I then asked to make a grievance, at which point they’re now simply ignoring me.Time to claim back through the credit card.
This sweatshirt was bought due to the advertising on Instagram. First we thought it was a scam, probably due to the lots of bad reviews (which come from hasty people that don't know the principle of holidays and delayed shipping...). But after waiting roughly 3.5 weeks we finally got the sweatshirt. I'm really happy with it, the quality's pretty good and the illustration of my dog is amazing. I can't upload photos here, so I'm sorry for that.
Sadly I didn’t check reviews first so have fallen for this scam. Ordered from them in early November. Like others- nothing has been received, no response to several emails, It’s disgusting as it makes people avoid independent companies and go to Amazon etc because they are safe. Please avoid youpup as they are clearly not legitimate. Now have to find an alternative present and write off the money
I'm unfortunately getting the same treatment as everyone else 49pounds out of pocket and no present for my mumIt very sad that these people exist on our planet......Read scam scam scam why can the Internet not close down sites like this.
I ordered the item on the 17th November and to date (2nd December) I haven't received an update despite your confirmation email stating delivery ranges from 8 to 16 days. I have emailed and contacted their Instragram with no reply. Most of the comments on their Instagram report the same issue with many never receiving their order. This is a scam.
The whole think is a complete scam. I'm not even sure this company exists.Order on November 18, now Dec. 5 and still nothing. Ask for an unpdate got answered that "delays were up to 15 days". Now it's 22 and still nothing. Order: #PUP4914 so you can't say it doesn't exist as you do with others.
I ordered a hoodie on 15th November and made contact a few times with the customer support email prior to ordering to enquire about a few things. At this stage the customer service was excellent and they'd get back to me with a really friendly email within a day. I was told on ordering my order would be with me latest 2nd December. It didn't arrive. I understand that delays can happen in high demand periods so I emailed the same customer service email enquiring how long it would be. No reply. I emailed again the day after. No reply. I'd be happy to change my stars to more than 1 if this gets sorted and I would have been happy to wait a few more days. But the fact that noone is now responding to me when initially they were excellent at responding makes me worry. I think I may have been scammed. Luckily I only ordered 1 hoodie at an expense of £54 I was going to order a few. Luckily I didn't.
SOOOOOOO HAPPY to read these reviews!! i was placing my christmas order - i will now DELETE! Keep being Honest and writing these reviews so we can stop these scammers!!
Hello i ordered sweater on November 13 and today I received my sweatshirt already and I’m so happy with quality and design, at first when I ordered I didn’t read reviews in trust pilot, but after reading it I started be afraid when the quality will be bad and even maybe I will not receive order but I did and quality is so good thanks you so much, I don’t know why people write bad reviews in here or I was just lucky. I hope my girlfriend will enjoy this Christmas gift☺️ I give 4 out of 5 because I was requesting change designs on sleeves because I put wrong design and you replied ( No problem, I’ve updated it for you in the system.) but when I received it’s not updated it’s still the same design but it’s still looking so good not perfect but good🩷
I ordered an embroidered cat hoodie for my friends birthday with plenty of time given their promise of delivering between 12-16 working days. It’s now been 24 working days, over a month- with no delivery. I was not given a delivery number and although the customer service team were responsive with kind and encouraging words, no order number was supplied so that I could track my order, nor notification of expected delivery date. I understand the great demand as the product seems like a lovely gift but I would not trust an ordered done now to be completed before Christmas after my experience.
I ordered a sweater 17 days ago. It was supposed to be sent 10 days maximum after the order and still nothing. I wrote several emails and every time they send the same response: they will investigate and update me. But no update and I will never receive the sweater in time and they refuse to reimburse me…
Terrible experience with youpup. After getting spammed with their Instagram ads decided to give it a go. Bought a custom jumper for £50 and it arrived with faulty text. To get a refund they refused to cover postage back to China which was £17 so now I'm stuck with a terrible quality faulty item. Don't do it, it's not worth it
Dreadful. Product took ages to come. Looks nothing like the pictures they advertise. The website also says love your jumper or your money back. I hated my jumper so asked for my money back and they have refused to do so. Scam--------Edit in response to you pup reply. I note the response from you pup.At no point was I given a return addressI highlighted the fact that the website says "love your jumper or your money back" but this is intact false advertising, as their "policy" doesn't allow for refunds.Trust me. You want to avoid this company.
I ordered 22 days ago. The website states "orders should arrive in 8-16 days of ordering".When I contacted the company to query they called me the wrong name, which made me wonder if they were even looking at the right order. Then I did get a shipping email saying it was dispatched - but the code didn't work. I queried that with them. Their first reply was:"Thank you for your patience. I can confirm that your order is in progress and will be shipped shortly. Once it ships, you will receive a tracking number via email".I pointed out they had sent me a separate email that said it was shipped so I was confused. Their reply to that was:"It seems there may have been an error with the shipping notification for your order."So essentially it has been 22 days, my order may or may not have been made or shipped, I was sent a shipping confirmation that is probably not right and they don't know my name.I do not have much faith in getting this order given my experience and the other reviews.UPDATE: In response to YouPup's reply below, it has been 28 days and my order has not been prepared or shipped. When I purchased, the timeline said "Delivery time ranges from 8 to 14 days" (not business days). They continue to change the delivery window to push people aside. I have emailed with YouPup and they do not provide any detailed info about my order at all on email, other than share random general timelines that continue to change and use the wrong name to address me. Do not buy from this company.
Bought the jumper as a birthday present and they sent me the wrong colour dog. They want to remake but its too late.Quality is also very poor.EDIT - you are missing the point - i do not want a replacement, it will arrive too late with it taking 1 month for the first one to arrive.
Terrible scam. They who beautiful pictures of their products and what you receive… no words. I can’t upload any pictures here to show you what they send, but that would speak much better than what I can tell you. Their customer services is no service at all. Do not fall for it! Don’t buy from YOUPUP
This company are scamming people, the execution of the product does not match the photos on the website one bit.The product took a month to arrive and when it did the quality was appalling. They mislead you with heavily detailed, high stitch count images, when in reality the embroidery is extremely inaccurate, gappy and terrible quality. It looks nothing like the photos we supplied.Additionally the paw embroidery by the cuff we paid extra for is half the size of the one advertised on their website. Furthermore, the size of the pets name is inconsistent on the two sweatshirts we ordered. I will be contacting Youpup directly for a full refund.I have reviewed the Citizens Advise website and will be emailing Trading Standards to file a complaint under 'misled selling' of items. The product shown on the website is nothing like the product you receive, and it's clear the company is trying to mislead buyers.Lastly, this company delete any negative comments about their product on Instagram, again not being transparent with customers.*RESPONSE TO YOUPUP REPLY* - Hi, there is no function to send photos of the product I received via your website, you can only send a message.I have repeatedly asked via Instagram for an email address for the company so I can do this, I heard nothing for two days, then literally about 45 minutes ago you replied with one.I will 100% be sending photos of the product to that email address and reiterating my thoughts here.My comment reflects the other comments here, the company are misleading customers with the quality of their product. You are deleting comments from Instagram users and not being transparent about your business.I am completely within my right to challenge you on this. Why aren't you trying to resolve these problems instead of hiding them.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
