Our Indie band has been using YouGrow to broaden our reach on Spotify for sometime now; and all I could say is, what an exceptional service! The staff is very accommodating and assessable (our questions and concerns were addressed promptly and politely - within minutes!) their package prices are affordable, and most of all; they deliver on what they promise! On each of our campaigns (we did three so far and have just started our fourth) the number of streams skyrocketed and even exceeded the original estimations. Needless to say; this company went above for us and we will never use another promotional service again. I've used several promotion services, some of them have fantastic advertising strategies. Where as YouGrow their marketing is quite lowkey, their service and results are fantastic. The yougrow promo people did a good job for me. Communication was easy, they responded quickly via email to any questions I had during the campaign. They found good playlists for my song Salsa Crackers! even though it is not a typical song by today’s standards. Best playlist service, will be back again and again highly recommended

I bought the cheapest promo campaign to try their service for the first time. They assign you a campaign manager who sends pre-written emails saying they’re “pitching you to playlist curators” or trying to get you on playlists. You’ll receive these emails a few times over a couple of weeks.When I didn’t get on any playlists, I suggested changing the song, which they agreed to. With the new song, I received the exact same emails in the same order and time frame. It seems there isn’t an actual campaign manager; it’s just automated emails. The so-called “pitching” is probably just an email sent somewhere, hoping for a positive response.It also says 'scam' all over their Facebook account, where they hide all negative comments. You can check it out yourself.Overall, this was a waste of money and time.

The only promotion company that has an actual big team that takes proper time for the service and communication. I worked with Rodrigo, Emiel and Bogi so far and had a great experience each time. Where other services seem to focus on making quick money, YouGrow seems to really care about building good partnerships (and even friendships, I speak to Emiel about music now just for fun!)

My track got added to only one playlist after one day of the campaign, and than i received a message telling me that my campaign is complete, in one day! the playlist i got added on is also available to submit via Groover for only $4, and i payed yougrow over $300. the response i received was ridiculous, makes me question the legitimacy of this service. I am open to try all sort of marketing services, i gave this one a go, i dont know how they get so many good reviews... Im pretty sure they just take the money and submit the tracks via cheaper services like Groover and Submithub.

So happy with the result! I communicated with Derek who was so helpful all the way, this was my first time trying a service like this and I will most deff recommend it to my friends in the future.
