Is yotashop.com Legit?

This is already the 3rd time ive order a part that had my vehicle listed in its compatibility. And it doesn’t fit or is incorrect. There shipping and return policy is a joke as well. Regardless of them having the incorrect listings of compatible vehicles they still charge you for returning the item.

I've been calling and calling no answer throws u to a voice mail telling u there not there and can not answer and it hangs up on u. I'm very disappointed I had to order my parts else where I will not ver call here AGAIN..!!!

My personal opinion of Yota shop is amazing Iv had no issues. They have what I need and they ship fast communication is excellent! Thank you Yota shop for supplying me with the parts to keep my rig on the road! I'm not a very wealthy person, But that's one thing I value about Yota shop for Genuine OEM toyota parts they are at affordable prices. The best in solving problems. I had an issue on a Tacoma truck that I have been trying to solve for over a year. No one in my area, including the dealership could help. I called YotaShop and they helped me find the parts I needed from pictures I took of my truck. Their customer service was definitely above and beyond. There is no question if I will be a returning customer. I am definitely grateful for the time and effort they put into researching the parts and cross referencing numbers to ensure I received the proper parts. If I were any closer I would take them out for drinks and lunch

I recently purchased a rebuilt engine from Yotashop for my 2001 Toyota Tacoma pickup (4 cylinder). Michael there at Yotashop was great to work with. He answered my questions, helped me with the details of my order and immediately intervened when I had problems with the shipping company. The engine was shipped precisely on the promised lead time and was well-built. Once installed in my truck and after the break-in period, it runs like new! The price wasn't cheap, but the quality and service were excellent, and the customer service support went above and beyond the call. I'm a happy customer, and would recommend Yotashop to anyone needing a Toyota engine replacement.

Bought a rebuilt 22RE engine from Yotashop to replace one from Oriellys that lasted 30 seconds (head gasket not torqued properly and the oil channels were all clogged amongst other things). Absolutely no problems with it. Customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced. I hope that they have got some business from my recommendations and they will be getting more from me.

Promp attention when fixing issues fast delivery A little more attention when interact with customers on the phone or email dont make us feel some how that you are doing us a favor we can just choose to buy somewhere elseWe are the customer remember.

Not only did I receive a head gasket that didn't match the photo pictured (and was of a much lesser quality), it was mailed in two bubble mailers taped together. The middle of the gasket was unprotected and a bend was detectable. Never got a gasket that wasn't in a cardboard box. Returning this at my own expense for their false advertising and poor shipping. Setting me back $ and several days time.

Very knowledgeable staff who took the time to help me figure out how to fix a botch job of a rebuild that I picked up. I tore the engine down gave them a little information about what I found and "WHAM" I was on track with a few parts and minimal cost! Honestly, with the hour that they spent on the phone with me helping to find the right avenue to take was well worth the $73 I spent in parts! I highly recommend Yotashop for their knowledge and very reasonable prices!

I ordered a radiator shroud clips for my toyota haven't got a tracking number nothing about its being shipped.I know they are small parts but I'm tired of my shroud rattling and wearing earplugs inside my truck

Very disappointing, really wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. It's a repeating theme. They must run this as a side business out of a garage or something. Sent an email requesting an update several days after ordering and Michael replied it would be shipping out that day, days later, still waiting for the tracking number. To make things even worse, I paid extra for faster shipping. I suspect they have very little, to no inventory, and order from their suppliers when you place your order. Should have ordered elsewhere and I would have my 4Runner up and running by now.

Ordered 3.4 v6 head gasket kit on thurs...delivered on sat. Everything arrived as expected. Based on experience so far I recommend the Yota Shop to anyone needing quality parts for their Toyota truck or 4Runner.

well dont waste your time on there website they wont bother to tell you they also sell on Amazon. after paying 54 dollars on there site for shipping i received it hanging out of an amozon box literally .. and i have amozon prime free two day thanks for the heads up ... the part i received was manufactured in mex so no reason to support a fake group what a fun name go to rock auto or parts geek

Ordered the oil pump cover o ring gasket and front main seal on Sat. received them the following friday $29.00 included shipping.I'll use YotaShop now, until im given reason to stop.😉

Ordered a pineapple grenade shift knob and came in wrong color (silver instead of green) and had no thread reducer/adapter included. Plan to do a little extra legwork yourself if you buy from this place.

Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Walked through the diagrams to make sure I was ordering all the corrects parts I needed. Offered valuable information on brands they carry. Very customer service oriented. Excellent overall experience. Will be using them in the future for my toyota parts.

I have a 2002 4Runner that I order crankshaft bolt and Valve cover gaskets and plenum and throttle body gaskets my ASE service shop just installed and said parts were a great fit. Thanks for quick shipping.

Arrived fast but was disappointed opening it. The spoon and the actual grenade base were new but the housing for the fuse and primer was super corroded. 15 minutes of a wire brush, elbow grease and WD-40 made it new again but one would expect the product to be like that upon purchase.

Was told that item was shipped and to wait longer then when asked by paypal to check shipping info item and shipping was cancelled! Didn't know that items could be recalled after being shipped out to customers.

My first purchase experience was excellent. I plan on using the yodashop throughout my truck refurbish project. I believe they have the experience and the parts that I will need. I plan on purchasing items in the future as needed, I look forward to future business within them. RC
