this company added money onto the bill. I complained and asked for my money to be refunded. they refunded the additional money charged but not the whole amount despite me asking to receive a full refund. I tried again to cancel the order, but was advised that as it had been shipped, i could not cancel. when I advised that I would be returning the item when it arrived and expected a full refund, i received the following terse message " when you receive it you can contact us". Beautiful REAL leather ballet slippers! They bring back memories of my child ballet classes :) My daughter wears a 7wide and as per many reviews order a size up. The 8wide fits like a regular shoe - with room to grow, which is not how ballet slippers should fit. Ballet slippers should fir almost like a sock - with tightening the elastic we can make it work but I would have felt more comfortable sticking with her normal size, maybe 1/2 size up at most. She loves her Bloch slippers!!

Do not ever use this company! I thought it was a UK company gives that impression but it's Chinese! I also had tracking from Anchorage in Alaska! Wish I had a read the reviews first. Quality of the reading glasses was poor and broke within 5 days. They would only issue a refund if I posted them back at my expense to Shenzhen in China which costs more than the glasses. It would appear Sale of Goods Act doesn't apply?

On the ‘safe side’ I paid using PayPal and received a response from PayPal that I had been charged £19.88!! Having raised an issue with PayPal they’ve just let me know, based on the seller’s response, that they’ve refused my claim “because our records show that this transaction was processed correctly” !!! What a load of BS … I know it’s only £3.31, but it’s the principle! What a con … !!!I would rate this company zero stars …
