Yorkshire payments have been absolutely fantastic during (and proir to) this lockdown peiod. they contacted us to see how they could help us at the beginning and have been unbelievably helpful when our terminal failed on our first day back to trading. They are a reliable, friendly company, who provide an excellent service and are good value for money. TWe couldn't be happier with them. Please use this local company. We highly recommend them.

Ashtree House Bed and Breakfast.We are a new business and new to using a card machine. We were helped through the set up and use of the machines. The whole process was made easy and felt well supported. After using the machine for a few months we had the fist card declined and were asked to retain the card the Yorkshire payments help desk was there to guide us through what we should do. definitely a 5 star service.

Fantastic service from this company the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and will guide you through any problems you may have, they will provide you with as much training as you require and all done with a smile. Sarah was very helpful and did her best to help recover some declined payments for us. She also passed us on to their technical support to help resolve a printing issue on our card payment terminal.Polite, helpful service.

Due to an administrative error, our account was put on incorrect rates which took 4 weeks to resolve. YP did reimbursed us for the difference between what we should have paid and what we did pay. The MD personally apologised and confirmed that they should have communicated better with us during the times we had the issues. They have now sorted the rates issues and we are on the correct plan. Despite a frustrating experience overall, Yorkshire Payments customer services team always answer the phone and do their best to assist (even if they are restricted in what they can do due to waiting on third parties). Sarah is always very helpful and will chase things for you. Their Virtual Terminal works well and we have had no issues using it.
