I went on the retreat to Marrakesh. Talk about exceeding expectations at every level! The process was so smooth. A car picked us up, took us to this sprawling Moroccan villa/hotel, nestled within the mountains. Yoga outdoors every day. Not too much, just right. Well thought out plans. Oh my goodness… The food… The food! Satisfying at every level. Beautiful earthy bedrooms. Engaging discussions.I did very little research before going, but I was pleased to see many people repeating the retreats. I plan on doing the same in the future.In today’s world, it is rare to have something exceeded expectations. …this is it!

Yogi Flight School is everything you could want in a virtual yoga program. I took a free weekend course from them and was incredibly impressed, so I signed up when they opened the doors to their Flight School at the lower monthly rate for an extended period. The classes are approachable, fun, and they WORK! The coaches and support team are reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated. The programs they offer are diverse and exciting, and they throw in a lot of extra little bonuses which everyone loves. I absolutely recommend them and stand behind my investment!

I have been considering for a while to purchase the YFS membership as I have been following their IG and saw many helpful tips about poses I couldn't do. After reading many positive reviews I eventually went for it and I have since then made the most progress in yoga in my life EVER. I have been practising yoga through attending online or studio classes for 4 years now and I felt that I have not progressed for a while. YFS has a great structure to their programme which is very easy to navigate and accessible. Poses are broken down in a simple to understand and follow way. There are great warm ups and drills to prepare body for different poses. I have never thought that I could actually do some of these poses until I tried it with YFS. But the best feature is feedback, you can send your video either directly through webiste or phone app or post on FB group and you will ALWAYS receive the most helpul and encouraging feedback, this has really made a huge impact on my progress and on my actual consistency of showing up. The best decision ever to become a member!

Nathania and her coaching team are excellent at breaking down poses and teaching them so anyone can learn them! The live classes are great with on-the-spot coaching, and the feedback at times other than the live classes is both constructive and quick. I also love the positive mindset messages throughout the program. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to learn arm balances and inversions! So much fun with no judgements!!

The instruction of these challenging postures is always presented in a clear, focused, practical and most importantly, a fun way. Makes me want to continue to practice and discover new possibilities. It would be great to say I got my Medicare card and my scorpion pose in the same week.

Thanks to Nathania’s Inversion Training I have Successfully been able to get into my crow pose:) I took her instructions to heart and walk myself through the training each time I’m practicing. I had weak wrists due to a break when I was in my youth, her training helped not only strengthen my wrists but also keep me stabilized during my inversions and I’m thrilled that I’m able to go to the next level because I have discovered Yogi Flight School and Nathania’s Inversion Training! I’m not a small Girl, I’m 240lbs and today I floated in my crow pose for the first time, I have been practicing for weeks after discovering the training and I make sure to always do my warm ups to keep my wrists Strong and Stable! Nathania is a fantastic teacher. She breaks down everything in detail and actually helps you get your body doing things you never thought you could do (very empowering). Her energy is infectious and the whole program is so much fun and a proper workout! To add to that, she, along with her team and the YFS community are always there to help when needed. I went from zero arm balances and inversions to seven poses in my first two months. Nathania and her amazing team give excellent feedback via the Facebook group, like having a personal coach always available. I just love Yogi Flight School. I am a Yoga teacher and was critical to get an Online Course (specially for arm balances and inversions) but I am happy, that I followed my heart. Nathania is an amazing and authentic teacher! She explains every pose so structured and well, that you always feel safe and encouraged. She really sets everything up for success. I wish I had that in my in person YTT. This course opened a new world for me.
