Ive been shopping with YesStyle from almost 3 years now, they never failed to impress meee. Really fast delivery and offers provided with discount codes or so what is a different topic to get started on. I would like to rate them 5/5 and would recommend this site as it is genuine business site
Have been ordering K beauty & J Beauty skin care from YesStyle for approx. 3 years. Orders arrive complete, well packaged. Prices are much better than other sites for same products. I don't mind waiting a few days for such quality items.
I love YesStyle for all the products I can find there at a very reasonable price. I don't consider buying my skincare elsewhere. Although, there's been a VERY long delivery wait which wasn't scheduled and that's the downside of it : sometimes it can take 1 months and a half to get what you ordered...
I got everything I ordered wrapped twice to ensure nothing got damaged on its way to me. The products look exactly how it does online. Moreover, the packaging was perfect with no dents or scratches.
I sent emails, try to reach a real customer agent via chat, but nobody is replying or taking action. You are not behaving reliable. you do not taking actions in the exact amount of dates which you mention on your website or emails. you are not sending my products, you are not taking actions in the exact amount of days like 2-3 days for contacting with my bank or replying my emails. Send my products!
This online company has quite a large selection of Kbeauty and other products, I have ordered from them a few times with no issues - however, one thing to be aware of is if an item is not in stock, your full order will sit and wait for weeks before it gets shipped out to you, in the meantime if you wish to remove those items not in stock, they do not allow it. IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED & WILL NOT BE SHIPPED FOR WEEKS, WHY ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO REMOVE OR EVEN ADD AN ITEM?? But yet, they removed 1 item days after I placed the order saying it is not available (the 1 item I really wanted btw), So they can edit your order how they please yet we can not.
I complete my order on 15th of NOVEMBER they said my package should be shipped with 30days(6 December) and later should take 5-13days to delivery. On 7th a just received some email they don't have supply what I order. I can cancel this item to make sure I get my package soon. They could sent some of the cosmetics, because my order was more than £140. I didn't received any more email. I just receive email my shipment was completed on 27th December!!! This took him 1,5 months to complete my order without any email what took him so long. I get my package 6th of January!! I didn't receive proper amount of money for the items what was cancelled. I didn't receive any gift neither the amount of money was big also they was late with shippment. Very bad experience. Now I must email them again where is rest of my money...
I've placed numerous orders with Yesstyle. All have arrived very well packaged, in reasonable time (to Canada) and all orders were accurate. I'm looked at other Korean skin care websites but stick with YS because I've had great service.
NOT RECOMMENDED. Absolutely ridiculous company. Placed my order 25664954, on November 26, didn’t receive it yet and its 2 of January already. Not sure if will receive it at all. They are saying delivery is up to 13 business days but its takes forever to deliver it.

I ordered from this site, thinking that it isn\'t a scam. But, it\'s been over a month since I ordered and I\'ve not received anything. And their customer service it just an automated email. Calling this legitimate is a bit of a stretch for me seeing as there is no way to get my money back.
