So far, I have no complaints on my previous trips to Europe arranged by Yes Getaways as well as there was no headache from departure and return home.

Carolina Soares is great!! She planed a great vacation for me when I went to Spain and Portugal. When I was planning my vacation to Ital I reached out to a couple of other agents. But they have been a disappointment.

Ana the lady we dealt with was very efficient and always took the time to answer and respond to my questions and emails.

After I booked our trip, I received a coupon for $1000 off my next trip. I wish I had received that coupon before I booked.

Best customer service. Always someone to answer phones. Never put on hold for long! Makes a big difference now a days to actually be able to speak to a person!

The agents were friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. However, they only held their quotes for 24 hours, which felt rushed. I had to request an additional 12 hours to make a final decision.

Yes Getaways customer service is great. They will email you the proposed quote after calling and choosing a trip. They can customize or make some changes according to your needs and budget. They are so professional in answering questions. This company will remain in business if they stay the same. My trip is coming up and hoping to have a safe and smooth flight and accommodations organized by them.

All transfers, flights went as planned. Prices great. Hotel was in a great location but was represented as a 3 star annex room in hotel. It was more like a hostel blocks away from the hotel we thought we booked. I suggest treat 3 stars like 1 star and book accordingly. When I shared my disappointment with Yes Getaways they responded quickly but deflected all responsibility onto the hotel. I had no problem with the hotel; it was what it was. My problem was with Yes Getaways! Representing the hotel as being at a different address than where we ended up and it being 3 stars. I would use them again but not rely on their ratings.

Easy booking, great price, responsive staff when contacted per e mail. While it was made clear at time of booking that all transfers had to be arranged by customer, it still was shocking to see the transfer time for both excursions included

When we wanted to make a change they were quick to respond and everything was changed and rebook with in an hour and a new itinerary sent to us. We have travelled a number of times with Yes and Portugal Getaways they are very attentive when you need them but not in the way when you are travelling

They suck, we got a trip booked with them and everything was missed up. Our hotel in Mallorca picture was nice but everything was Al a cart. You pay for sauna, safe box, water, no soap or conditioner. The plan seating was so missed up my wife and I could get seats together even though we purchased our tickets 9 months ago

We were happy with the overall pricing and the assistance in adding an additional couple to the same flights and hotels etc. There was a bit of confusion in sending us our vouchers and information once the other couple was added but I believe it is all straightened out now.
