Is yellowpop.com Legit?

My neon sign is perfection!! It came out exactly as I wanted and ordered! The staff made sure I was ok with the specifics before creating and it was sent as promised! The remote came later, but it was sent without question as paid and requested! Thank you Yellowpop!

I got my sign and it was not spelled correctly. i received the preview on my phone which is obviously a small screen and didn't see it was spelled wrong. It was a lowercase l that was supposed to be a t. On a small screen, it's hard to notice the it was an l and not a t.I asked if they could do anything and they said no and that was it. Quality sign for the money but given they are the professionals and it was their mistake, i won't be using them at all in the future.

Great experience! Yellowpop did a custom neon for us. I bid the sign out to two companies and Yellowpop created a near match to the graphic, whereas the other company was very far off the mark. Yellowpop was also very reasonably priced and the sign came pretty quickly. So in this case we got the illusive trifecta of great, well-priced and fast.

What an amazing sign! I have the iconic Marilyn by Andy Warhol in my front window of my vintage shop. It draws so much attention! I have already had 5 customers asking where they can buy one. It is an incredible neon. Packaged well with everything you need. An incredible piece of artwork!

We're really pleased with the neon, it adds a unique and original touch to our stand, and is a real plus at trade shows! It was a great idea, and we've had a lot of positive feedback thanks to this visual element that makes all the difference. Frankly, we're very happy with the result! However, we would have liked to have been informed that the products were manufactured in China, so as to have total transparency from the outset.

I could not love my Squiggle neon any more. It far exceeded my expectations!! One company criticism - I mistakenly ordered the wrong size light and worked with customer service to return and repurchase. Ultimately it got done but not being able to talk to someone wasn’t great. I also found the ordering details not clear. Again, no customer service was a frustration. I ended up messaging the company through instagram and that person helped me. But in the end, I love my light so much and it was well worth the headaches.
