Is ybtoner.com Legit?

I received a cartridge that didn't fit into my printer. I informed yb toner and they promptly sent out a replacement. I appreciate their service.

You sent the wrong cartridge! It is not the one I ordered and does not appear to work in the canon 652 color stream. I called your company and left a voice mail but you have not called me back.

The cartridge was not compatible with my printer tho they advertised it as such. No return. Buyer cannot determine efficacy of the printer without removing the tape but cartridge cannot be returned after tape is removed. Waste of money and time. Zero stars for YBToner! Find another supplier with customer svc.

I initially gave a two star review but definitely want to update to five. Without writing a long story, customer service does as they say! They guarantee and replace a “defective” product. I thought they were not responding to my issue but I believe I was too quick to criticize. Thank you YB Toner. You are now my go to!

Since we started our business we have been using ybtoner and we have been happy so far with the ink for our printer and the delivery times.

The product came quickly. I ordered a refurbished black toner and it worked perfectly, unlike a refurb that I had bought from another discount toner provider.

I actually couldn't use the toner I received because it had a chip and I had trouble doing the transfer. (I Never knew they had chips) BUT the company was very responsive every time, they did things quickly, were professional, and I would definitely use them again!

ybtoner has a great selection of printer toner products at a reasonable price. The products perform as well as the name brand version.

Hello the toner was perfect. Only they did not say anything about removing the microprocessor chip from the old toner cartridge. In the end it all worked and is a very inexpensive toner cartridge replacement.

I was worried about the cartridge working because I had another one that wouldn’t because of HP’s chip issue. This one worked great!

At first I thought the toner cartridge did not work or fit. But I learned that ybtiner cartridges are designed to replace a secondary cartridge in the original one from ybtoner. Once I understood that it was s easy to see what to do and it worked perfectly.

Ybtoner offered me the exact product I needed at an affordable price. There was no need for me to try and remove/replace chips like other brands found at the large online store I’d normally buy from. I live in the middle of nowhere and received my package quickly. I will definitely be buying from them again.

this has been a great let down. This is my second time trying to get cartridges that fit and i am out of time with two purchases, one return, no refund in account and asked to jump through hoops and present a Cinamax Profuction to show cartridges received do not fit flush in the Brother Printer MFCL8900CDW Series cartridges.

Site was easy to locate; product was easy to locate on site; ordering was efficient and simple as well as straightforward. Product arrived in excellent condition and very unexpectedly short period of time. Upon installing the cartridges worked extremely well. Overall extremely pleased with purchase and will be using the company again

She honored their refund policy and gave me a full refund on all four ink cartridges, not for just one as the company had originally offered. She also sent me a new replacement set.Although the replacement still did not work, the fact that she honored their refund policy was enough for me.They should have done this to begin with to save aggravation and wasted time. ORIGINAL REVIEW - ONE STAR This is the first time I've left a negative review in all the years I've shopped online. I've had bad experiences in the past, but this one topped them all. I purchased a 4-color set of ink for my HP printer from their website. FIRST RED FLAG: Upon opening the box, the name of the shipper and the name on the cartridges were not YBtoner, but a different name entirely. They claim it’s their distributor’s name, but I don't buy that excuse.I installed all the cartridges and immediately received an error message for one of the colors. I sent them a picture of the message. SECOND RED FLAG: Despite multiple emails and messages through their website, they only respond between 7 PM and 12 AM. After several back-and-forth exchanges, they promised to send a replacement. After four days of lies and excuses, I learned that they haven’t sent a replacement and that’s when I demanded they cancel the replacement and refund my money. THEY DON’T EVEN HONOR THEIR OWN REFUND POLICY.All their responses to the reviews here are the same text, just cut and paste.This is, without a doubt, the most incompetent and frustrating customer service experience I've ever had. Avoid this company at all costs.

Customer support answered my questions prior to sale, cartridges came promptly. When I installed them on my HP printer, they would not work, but I then disconnected everything and reinitialized everything and it worked like a charm! I am very pleased with the product and glad to have full use of my printer. Thank you YB!

I have spent a small fortune on non-HP cartridges that did not end up working at all on my HP printer.But YB toners worked well, as soon as I installed them.In addition, the company's customer service was great. At first, I thought I had a problem, and their customer service person responded immediately and even followed up when they did not hear back from me.If I end up having problems after I am using the cartridges a while, I will revise my review. But what a pleasure to have this printer up and running again, at 37% of the cost of what I would have paid for HP cartridges.
