Had a delivery issue with Royal Mail where they damaged my jacket in transit.Called the store to report and got a call back from the warehouse within 10 minutes. Replacement issued immediately. Really nice fella's on the phone and they sell great gear!Online or in store Yards are top geezers.

They should provide the sizing measurement detail of every cloth. For outside UK customers is quite hard to return the item if the sizing didn't fit well. Then they need to accommodate the extra cost to return the item. Hopefully, they can improve.

I ordered some cap and post returned cap to this seller, due to the transport problems induced by COVID. The staff of the Yards Store was very professional, helpful and patient, understanding all problem that COVID made all over the world, and did the effort to send me cap again. Useless. My order went AWOL in transit. The Royal Mail tracker stated that it had been delivered last week but showed subsequent updates of the parcel still being on the move. I asked them to clarify what was happening g with Royal Mail. They said they would get hold of a proof of address photo from Royal Mail, as if this would help matters. No understanding of the issue or willingness to engage to resolve it. That was three days ago and still no sign of the item.
