As a Carrier It's hard to find people who reply almost instantly and give us a good business. I can't do less than a 5 stars to this company.I spoke with Martin Eden and he was extremly efficient and professional.

Kevin was the person who helped me with the transport of my car from WV to Florida. Kevin worked very hard to find a reliable driver and he accomplished it. My car arrived in perfect condition and in 24 hrs! Now that was exceptional work. I will def use Xpress Auto Transport in the future and refer them to my family and friends.

I worked with Alen Parker who was very diligent in following up with me while I was looking to ship my car from Ohio to Nevada. When I expressed my issues I had with another transport broker (charging my card without having a driver) he took note of it and helped me to find a carrier that provided a driver all within a day of me talking with him. Best of all, it was for a reasonable price compared to what others were offering. The process of shipping your car can be stressful the first time so I got real lucky finding Alen.

Mike was the one who helped me from start to finish and he was amazing at keeping in contact with me, to finding us a driver to transport our vehicle, and even negotiating the best price for us! Martin Eden was the one helping me out and after all the ups and downs I ended up just canceling with them because I was tight up with money and the prices weren't working for me, but Martin was there trying his best and got me multiple prices, they're legit and I will be working with them in the future. When another company flake on me Jordan help me out that same day and got me a new driver right away with in the hr I had someone pick up my car, It was very helpful to be able to communicate with dispatch and the driver!! Martin Eden is an excelled employee of Xpress Auto transport. Thru him his company gave me excellent service. As he promised his driver came on time and picked my car. Every thing is detailed, neat and transparent. I am happy and impressed with his approach and his excellent quality of respecting opposite person and understanding what other person is looking for. After dealing with several other brokers and being let down and disappointed Alex came through in a crunch. He promised to get the deal done and have my car delivered in days. Alex worked with me day and night for 3 days, he kept in constant contact until he found a driver to get my car from Vegas to Texas. The driver showed up on Saturday afternoon to pick up my car and on Monday morning my car had arrived in Texas. I am very appreciative for Alex's level of professionalism. He went above and beyond to do a service for me and I am very very grateful. I would recommend Alex a 1000 times over.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Like other people have posted. Not a good agent to deal with for transport. Booked a transport for 3 vehicles back in April, giving 3 months notice, now it is August the day of agreed pick up. Was set up for 12:00 noon for truck to be here and now it is 5:00pm. Keeps giving the run around and when they found a transport company they can only take 2 of them and wanting to double plus the agreed price. They seem to be the scammers and shifters that I see in the review. We are now trying to find a more reliable company. We have all our stuff loaded in the Uhaul truck and need to leave. Because we are moving across country. Feels like they like to hold customers hostage to try to get more money than what was already set and agreed to.Agent name was Theodore (929) 203-5988 and his manager name , I think was, Lincoln (929) 498-5702. Both spoke broken English and acted like they had a hard time remembering what vehicles I needed transported even though it was a in the original communication from my wife Michele.

I called Express Transport at the last minute needing my daughter's car to be shipped to her at college. They immediately contacted me back and arranged for my daughter's car to be picked up the next day and they showed up right on time. Unfortunately the driver's truck broke down but he stayed in contact with me letting me know the situation which I very much appreciated. The driver arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time at my daughter's college and patiently waited for her to drive the car to make sure it was in good shape before being paid and signing off on the delivery. I also appreciate Kevin Miller following up with me the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this car delivery service.

Outstanding experience! At first, I thought they were scammers because I got so many calls and texts from other companies but they are the only reliable one and they delivered my car to my door step.

Kevin Miller duped us and lied all the way that Car will be shipped on 24th(he confirmed when we followed up multiple times and even on 24th) and on 24th Evening he started making excuse and started negotiating with more than market rate knowing that I have flight to Board on 25th. I think one of the best companies for long distance car transport, very good service because the staff here are particularly responsible and enthusiastic.
