My experiences with this online doctor have been consistently positive. Each time, I was impressed by the professionalism and reliability of the company. Express doctor can not do any better in how they work. Ordering was simple, I was concerned over paying as it wasn't straight forward as entering your card details. But after a call to a very helpful member of their service team, explaining the simple precedure , it was made. I placed the order by 12 noon Wednesday, received the order by 9 am Thursday ( less than 24hours). Their customer service was so helpful . I recommend EXPRESS DOCTOR highly

The staff is friendly and responded quickly to my questions on live chat. The medication arrived within 48 hours after I sent a screenshot of my bank transfer. I was a bit dubious about not being able to use a credit card but was without foundation all went smoothly. The medication was original and the details of the pharmacy was on the package. I was informed each step of the way of the order process per e-mail. No issues whatsoever and I will be ordering here again.

i use Express Doctor, so does my 87 yr old father, he can not talk over phone due to hearing problems. He sends emails as he gets confused, and every member of staff are so patient and helpful. Had some concerns with the concept of getting my medicine online but all I ordered arrived fine. Had some issues with logging into their website, when I entered my log in and password, it always disappeared . Called the customer service who helped me quickly with completing the questionnaire. A bit on the expensive side.Very relieved I got my medicine so quick, without having to wait for an appointment with my doctor.

express doctor was brilliant. I am not saying you could use them regularly, but when you know what is wrong because youve had it before and you know what you need to make it right, these were excellent. Yes they quizzed me, but i wouldnt expect anything less.

Brilliant, I couldn't have asked for better service. I had a little trouble when it came to making a payment as I was unsure how to pay in euros, customer service got back to me straight away and advised me about the website GlobalWebPay which makes it easier to transfer money in different currencies. Any questions I had were answered so quickly, even when I was worried they made me feel better and calmed my fears. I am also so amazed by the delivery, it was only sent out yesterday and looking at the tracking it was sent from Germany and it actually arrived today, that really is truly amazing. Couldn't be happier!

Very apprehensive about using an online pharmacy but I have to say this pharmacy was as all the other reviews said. Placed my order and while I was paying recieved a phone call informing me that I'd entered in a mistaken e-mail. Then further glitches with the order but the 2 girls I spoke to via web chat helped me very quickly. I ordered at around 11am on a Thursday and received my meds on Friday at 2pm......to Ireland! Wow!

After making a mistake in ordering a product I contacted Express Doctor and explained my problem. With no hassle my issue was sorted out, I had to send my product back and i was sent the correct product within 3 days. I have never had a problem dealing with this company. I ordered my tablets on Sunday and took delivery of them today. As long as you fit the criteorior your order is sent right away.
