TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE....NO EXPLANATIONS REPLIES COME 2 DAYS LATER SO THEY DONT HAVE TO REPLY TO YOU ANOTHER 2 DAYSTHEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING AND THEN SCARE YOU THEY WILL DROP YOU AS A CLIENTCHANRGING A LOT OT MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!

After over 3 years with Xolo, I’m truly disappointed with how things have turned out. Their communication has become robotic and impersonal, with automatic emails that make it clear they’re just trying to check boxes and move on. There's nothing personal or helpful about their service anymore.Whenever I’ve needed help with tax matters or missing documents, the accountants seem more interested in rushing through the work than actually solving the issue. Instead of offering support, they just refer to old emails or documents, leaving you to figure it out on your own. It’s like they don’t want to deal with you, and for every little thing, there’s an extra fee.At first, Xolo seems affordable, but once you’re locked in, the hidden costs start piling up. Any minor request—boom, another fee. It’s clear they’re more focused on squeezing more money from their clients than providing real value.You’re better off hiring a freelancer for half the price who actually cares about your business.If you want to avoid frustration and endless charges, AVOID XOLO AT ALL COSTS.

Also Xolo helps me with answering on the letters from Tax's office in Spain and other questions I have. And usually I get response at the same day from support team via email.

Xolo made it really easy for me to register an autonomo, register in Tax Department, Seguridad Social and, I think, in some other essential services. They have good FAQs, and everything is clear to me (at least for now). I hope everything goes on as smoothly as it is now, as I have ahead of me my first declaration quarter and year periods. Best service ever. I've had some issues with their service, like my bank details didn't go through. They've struggled to fix bugs that were causing it from the first try, but the support was very nice and responsive. Didn't leave me hanging. Service is young, so mistakes happen but they really care and value customers.

I chose Xolo because I didn't have time to figure out how to file tax returns, and in my opinion, the cost of a mistake is high. During the onboarding session, they explained how the service works and answered my questions in very good English, which is important to me. The interface is simple and user-friendly, and the support team responds quickly to any inquiries. On the downside, they increased the monthly support fee, and since I have only one client and issue one invoice per month, I believe there must be cheaper options available on the market. However, I’m staying with Xolo for now because the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. I also received 50 euros for a friend who signed up using my referral link.

I've been using Xolo since 2017. I've had businesses in two other countries before setting up with Xolo in Estonia. Running a business with Xolo is really a pleasure, it makes it so simple. The dashboard they provide pulls in all the bank transactions so there's very little paperwork to do. I just upload the invoices for my expenses and on the other hand, it's so simple to create invoices for my clients. It really make running a business so simple. Support by email within 24 hours or so also means it's very easy to get answers to any questions that come up. So if you're considering setting up a business in Estonia and will set up the type of business suited to Xolo, I really highly recommend them.

For over two years I’ve been a Xolo customer. As an independent worker, it gets difficult to be aware of everything, specially the administrative side of the job. Xolo definitely has made things easier for me, since they do all for you, the platform is very (very!) user friendly and the support is always a mail away; they reply always on time with a solution.

I use Xolo Go for 3-4 years and the experience has been really good. As a consultant I decided to use Xolo go to my consulting clients worldwide without any issues for years now.The cx support is quite good and responsive inside their business hours. I will keep using Xolo in the future.

So SO bad!! A complete and utter rip off. Almost double the cost of my previous Spanish gestor, gave me completely the wrong advice about how to submit Amazon book royalties, then they try and trap me into their service! They are attempting to charge me MORE! Not only a sign up fee, then DOUBLE the charge for NOTHING, but then they want to charge more for ending their APPALLING service before 6 months is up! They don't even offer the ability to upload your own invoices, or use your own invoice numbers. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Throughout my experience, I have been extremely satisfied with the service. Whenever I had questions related to tax matters, XOLO was quick to help me resolve them. Their support team is also very responsive and always provides the assistance I need. I definitely plan to continue using XOLO in the future and highly recommend it to all my friends.
