Their are better services and cheaper. Dose not update often and when it does its missing alot of text and calls also most features need the phone to be jailbroken. what a waste of money. I have made a ticket and they only responded 1 time out 6 emails to them.

Purchased product to monitor what my son was up to on his tablet. Installation went okay. XNSPY states on their website, This tool will enable access too 16 functions of target phone or tablet. Only 1 function worked for 3 days which was location. I contacted support 5 times for these issues. Also asked for a refund after 4 days of problems. Support team did nothing but reply in email. trying to say the issue was not their problem. Also would like to add that anyone that gets this product and loads it up on a device make sure no confidential information is present. All data that they capture is being sold too highest bidder.

What a piece of crap app and a scam at the very least. Most of the features don't work well at all. Constantly loses connection and misses tracking information in texts, call, email, etc. What's worse is the app is not locked, so anyone that is even remotely tech savvy can easily uninstall the app. The app is not hidden like thier website suggests.

Simply horrible. Install directions were hard to follow so I started a chat. I was told that I'd need certain credentials on the phone I wanted to monitor and when I said I didn't have them, I was told I could get a 50% refund even though it says, in giant letters, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Very disappointing and misleading service. Also, they refuse to answer your questions with direct answers. Every time I would ask a technical question before subscribing, they would refer me to a link to the website; no straight answers. Most of the features required the phone to be rooted which again wasnt mentioned until after I subscribed.

Program does not give you info for 24 hours!! New phones do not work. No record calls, the internet records cookies not sites and no specifics. No Google play monitoring type application. Web access is non intuitive . They will not honor money back guarantee. I downloaded within 20 minutes saw it was not functional like portrayed. Though tech was nice he told me they spend money on the program so money back did not mean money back. Google will not allow an app on their site....they used to have one. You need access to the device for it to work. I'm not sure what good spyware is if you have to get the device every day for 2 factor authentication with their software. If I have the device, I don't need the software. I'm not sure they understand the concept of spyware. Also, you can see that the monitoring is on the phone, the vpn is turned on and anyone that looks at that will know they didn't turn it on and then turn it off. I've spent 2 days, trying to get it to work and it doesn't. I constantly need access to the device, which again, if I had I wouldn't need the software.

Right from the start I got the run around from the so called support people, it was installed on an Android 9 phone and later they told me that I needed a later version of Android so I bought a new phone, Android 13 but then not even the surround sound recording worked. They then told me that is did NOT work on Android 13 even though it BOLDLY claimed on their web site that it works on all Android devices and lastly they refused a refund.
