I have years of experience building my own PC's in the past (i built my last 3 PC's) and wanted to not deal with the hassle this time around. Their prices are very fair for quality components. Well built and performed great. Regardless they are custom pc's stuff happens, it appears my PSU went and was glad to have the warranty but I wish it was more transparent. When a return is required you are responsible for the shipping and packaging, usually you would not think that to be the case in a warranty situation. But it cost me around $250 to get the computer out there. But i would say my biggest complaint was the speed in which this is being turned around. 3-4 business days to start after receiving, and 4-5 business days to complete (currently on day 4), and then it will probably be another week for shipping assuming its completed in the originally estimated time frame. All in all for the price/quality, i do not regret the purchase at all but with this experience i would be hesitant to get another one, unless maybe the service center was not so far from me.
Horrible customer service. PC sat in quality control for several weeks, yet still has non stop issues. Broken drivers that took factory resets to fix. Incorrect BIOS settings. Incorrect fan timings. Incorrect DRAM speeds. PC does not monitor fan speeds at all. Faulty PSU. Overheating CPU (temps of over 90 C). Constant BSODs. Incompatible hardware. Water pumps did not actually cycle any water until I changed it in the BIOS settings. Nothing was set properly. Not one thing.Contacting support, the agent, Sho, who claimed "i just work here my guy" was absolutely no help. Yes "my guy", you work at Xidax, that is why we are contacting you "my guy".This is a $6000 rig. i9-14900KS with a RTX 4080 Super. Never would you think that my 10 year old rig would run better.If anyone wants to reach out for a class-action lawsuit, do not hesitate. You can leave me a detail of your issues that I will forward to the lawyer here: xidaxclassaction at gmail.Don't let them keep getting away with providing bad and faulty products.
I orded a computer from them a long time ago, and although they made a few mistakes in building it (wrong RAM config, didn't attach the optical drive, etc.). They charged for premium soundproofing, but it was just a single $12 foam sticker on one side of the case. They refunded the soundproofing charge and sent the correct RAM, so no grudge. I'm still using the same computer, but the cooler is failing. I simply asked them which coolers are compatible, and they completely ignored my request for support. I'll buy a new custom rig again soon, but I'll never buy from Xidax again, and I can't recommend them. Any PC maker will be at least as good.
Nothing but issuesMy partner bought a PC from this company because they boasted a “lifetime warranty guarantee.” They didn’t specify that the lifetime warranty was for being a pain in the ass, not the pc. First off the pc took 2-3 weeks to even start being built, mind you we spent 6k. You’d think they’d have a little pep in their step. It took over 2 WEEKS in quality control which seemed fishy, now we know why. We finally get the pc and nothing but problems. Continual crashes. Settings that aren’t compatible and auto reset to a default that crashes the computer. Fan speeds unreadable. Incompatible parts that were still sold to us and we weren’t altered to it. When we try to reach out to support because they are “24/7,” we get no response. We call, straight to hold and nobody answers. Lo and behold when I use the extension to BUY a new pc someone will answer right away. We are issuing a full refund that will take weeks if not months. Don’t buy from this company. They won’t take care of you or your pc. Don’t give them your money. It’s not worth it.

I first bought this computer while i was deployed. got told it would be 10-12 business days for it to get completed waited 2 months for it to ship. I then owned my pc for 3 weeks maybe played games on it a total of 5 days if that and then I got a red cpu light on my mother board. sent it in for repairs and got told 4-5 business days is there queue at the moment. I WAITED 4 WEEKS and finally got my pc back to turn it on and still the display didnt work power button didn't work and red cpu light. got ahead of support and joel helped dude was amazing and kept apologizing for the people wanting to be lazy because all they did was swap cpu and sent it back. i spent 105 to ship it the first time for a computer that wasn't even a month old and then got told by support they will try to return my pc in working order. well I didn't i got a broken pc back and have to ship it back to them I am on the point of getting deployed again soon and I don't even know when i will have my computer back so I would stand clear of these guys until they get there stuff together because right now its nothing but a money stealing scam. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and waiting 1 more time to see if it works but if it does not I'm requesting a refund on it 4000$ and I get a broken pc that they wont even fix!!!!!!
Placed my order with the help of Spencer Johnson in sales. Dude knows PCs! He managed to upgrade my custom build to a better PC and saved me about 200 bucks. I couldn't find my power button (amazing case, but that button is stealthy, lol!), so I called tech support and they got me fixed up. These guys have a great reputation as being one of the best. Companies don't offer lifetime warranties unless they stand behind their work. Recommended.

I built my first PC a few years ago and decided to upgrade. I wanted something super beefy and figured I would try a pre built this time, I started looking around and stumbled up xidax, so i checked out there website and they had exactly what was I was looking for a complete ROG build .my experience with xidax was absolutely phenomenal. Chris Liu was the kindest most helpful person I've come across and his customer service was above and beyond. A little mix up with the shipping at first but they quickly corrected it. As far as the build goes, I was completely blown away. It's super clean work and I couldn't be happier, thank you xidax and Chris!
I bought a full gaming machine from Xidax back in 2021 and its proven an amazing investment these past two years. I recently started streaming on Twitch and wanted to put my specs up for my viewers to appreciate and Chris one of the teams Stream Captains was able to help me find my original build order specs that I had misplaced in less than a couple of minutes. I cannot say how much I've enjoyed working with the Xidax team every time I've been on their website.

Honestly I love this company so far. A friend recommended me to them. They don't price gouge, but do have a phenomenal team working for them. Everytime I've called or used the website chat I've been able to have any questions answered very quickly. I needed a new computer and got this one on a whim because I watched a couple of YouTubers and Xidax had consistent reviews. I am in love with it. It works great and handles anything I throw at it. “Xidax support makes me sad and angry”
I configured and purchased bought my second Xidax PC a little over two years ago. About a year after, I began experiencing crashing / BSoD problems when gaming. Sadly, Xidax support has just plain left me hanging and I've now got a 2-1/2 year-old rig that's just not good for its intended use. I've submitted countless screenshots and performed every test they've asked me to over the past month and they've basically just left me hanging without any real attempt being made to solve the issue. I'm more or less forced to buy a new system for gaming, and I can tell you it is NOT going to be a Xidax PC this time due to the lack of support - support that is touted as being so fantastic, and was a big reason I chose Xidax in the first place. On another note, while the idea of fully configuring your own system was intriguing, in the end, the need to select all the various components just goes overboard. As a gamer of course I want the ability to choose my processor and graphics card, but the other options you need to choose border on the realm of the ridiculous. Type of fans? Grade of thermal paste? “Good Quality Budget Friendly PCs With a Few Hickups”
I'm very happy with the components I got for the price; most other places I looked would have been several hundred more for similar specs. When I received the PC, there were some major issues that I was not able to solve myself since I am not much of a tech person. Luckily, I was able to reach out to support and, while it did take longer than I would have liked, they were able to fix the issue in a way that I was happy with. Now, the PC is comfortably running demanding games and software. This is my second computer I've bought from Xidax my first computer lasted over 9 nine years. This time around Spencer was my sales rep and at first we were talking about the pre built. However after talking about it he realized pre built was not exactly what I was looking for. So created a custom build to fit best what I wanted from my pc. So I am going to begin by saying that Spencer is an amazing Sales Rep and hooked me up with the perfect PC, I had an issue with UPS breaking my new monitor that was ordered as well and Jesse was able to assist me in getting it sent back and replaced. Absolute legends.
“Brand new and working out of the box”
I had a mid tier custom built by another company. Out of the box it didn't work, spent many hours diagnosing with the company. But, they did take it back all postage and costs paid and gave me back every penny I paid. Got my Xidax, same tier build and all the parts were correct, it worked out of the box and had it in about a week from ordering. Now we need to see if it lasts, but long story short, I think it's not the problem but the recovery that matters. PS, my build from the other company is now selling for $400 less and NZXT no longer sells the like item. I'm still keeping Mr. Xidax, hoping it will last the ten years my last build lived.

“Great quality, better people”
I've always wanted a gaming pc but never knew where to start. I hopped in a stream and saw a logo for Xidax and when I asked the guy about them he wouldn't stop talking about how good an experience he'd had with this company so I figured I'd have to check it out. When I got to the site I was a bit confused and really had no idea what I was doing but the chat window popped up and one of their sales agents walked me through everything step by step and made the process a LOT easier. I don't remember who the original rep I spoke to was but at this point I've probably talked to them all, I got a pc I would have never dreamed I'd own and it runs flawlessly, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'm hoping to be an affiliate like the streamer who recommended them to me.
