I bought an iPhone 8 for my sons Christmas present it looks really nice but didn’t come in a box was just wrapped in cardboard I’m going to have to spend more money somewhere else to complete this lovely gift. No box was offered although communication was vey good.

Bought a refurbished iPhone from X2Tech which didn't quite meet my expectations for a grade of Excellent, a number of chips on the screen which were hard to see but a glass protective screen wouldn't stick. No problem, no quibbles. X2Tech replaced the phone, quickly and efficiently, with one that now does meet the grade Excellent. Thank you X2Tech. Highly recommended, and will use them again.

Really an amazing company, I received my phone on time, well packaged and hand delivered by DPD, the iPhone was in pristine condition.I thought the colours looked funny and it turned out my settings from my old device had carried over so made the screen look odd but after I had complained to X2 and been offered a replacement I realised it was my mistake and the gentleman at X2 was really nice and didn’t burn me and fully understood my issue.Excellent company and I will definitely recommend to all my friends in the future.Thanks Guys/Girls

I bought an iPhone 8, rated at excellent refurbishment. In the description of the item I believe it stated that there was slight ware on the phone however I can’t seem to see any. The phones performance is excellent it was just like buying a brand new phone. I have never used this service before so I was worried about spending a couple hundred quid but it was well worth my money.

A good reference is totally out of the question here!?Not only did you send me a faulty phone that i had to return to you at my own expense, it is now 3 days since i asked if you received it so i’m guessing totally out of the question that i’ll get back one that actually works??Absolutely zero customer service and, as so far, no offer or receipt of a replacement🤬🤬

Great service and an excellent quality phone - I ordered my phone very near the cut off time for next day delivery - they rang me straight away to apologise as the courier had arrived early, they even offered to drop it off for me as I live close by. The phone arrived before the date I was given together with a free recharge cable to apologise for the delay. I am really pleased with the condition of the phone - it looks brand new to me! Would highly recommend.

I ordered the iPhone XS MAX which was classed as ‘good’ condition. The phone is in brill condition only a few scratches on the screen but this was expected as it is refurbished. I will be ordering again!! I ordered the phone on Thursday and I had it by Saturday morning. Brilliant service. 10/10 would recommend.
