Is wowtickets.football Legit?

Absolutely brilliant, went to England v Switzerland, was concerned but tickets were transferred and better grade 1 instead of grade 3, would definitely use again.

Ordered tickets for the recent England Euro24 game. By far the best price i could see online. Agent was very helpful in the online chat through the buying process. There was a very slight issue a few days later when tickets were being allocated, but again these were quickly resolved and communication was through Live Chat, email and WhatsApp messaging. All in all a very good experience and the tickets were Amazing seats. Thanks guys... Will definitely use again!

Wow wow wow tickets ...got my son 2 tickets for chelsea Everton as Christmas gift.....yes you pay a pretty penny but what an experience he got lower tier 5th row...(2 seats together) he said was best time of his life....yes its always nerve racking buying these kind of tickets but wow tickets always kept us updated. Got our tickets 3 days prior to match (as it was prosponed) otherwise would have been same day but instructions are pretty clear and we got in no problems at all. (It's almost a case of "we don't talk about fight club") but tbf no one asked.😅

We bought 3x tickets for Scotland vs Switzerland Euro 2024 fixture around 1 month prior to the tournament, but tickets were not delivered. The company claimed the tickets were “still downloading and “not ready” when queried countless times in the lead up to the game. Hours before kick off we were told that we would not receive our tickets. The company clearly sold our tickets to a higher bidder and never allocated tickets to us. Avoid this company at all costs!

WowTickets did a great job sourcing a ticket for Cup Final at Wembley. The group at WoW stayed intouch via email, text & WhatsApp- I did not wait till last minute to purchase and provided 2-3 days for requested delivery to our hotel.Sure enough ticket arrived via carrier to front desk the day before we checked in.Allowing WoW more time to deliver tickets was the game changer- I could see how same day buy and delivery would be really difficult- suggest giving them the most time you can.Happy buyer and will repeat!Thanks Guys

Having just been scammed out of tickets for Scotland v Swirtzerland at EURO 2024 and reading other 1 star reviews. It seems to be a common theme with this website. Order the tickets well in advance, get told you will receive them 2 days before, then the excuses start, and you don't recieve the tickets, then they will say you will get them on the day of the match, then they will say 2 hours before kick off. They are either selling tickets they don't have or they are selling them to the highest bidders, absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

Wowtickets were very professional, sending regular emails on when & how we would receive match tickets. The process was very seamless and my family had a fantastic time

Overall good service. The ticket prices were better than competitors. We received several emails with instructions and the customer support responded quickly when we had enquiries. Additionally, they sent us the tickets on time and we had no problems in match day. My only recomendation is to improve the website and emails as they are not user friendly.

This is a total scam, and the company should be taken down. We paid for Scotland v Switzerland tickets 6 weeks in advance only to be told on the day of the match after countless days of messaging, that they can’t provide the tickets and will provide a refund. We were suspicious about a week or two before the event that something wasn’t quite right. “But we’re reassured over and over that the tickets would be arriving shortly. Had we known we’d end up with no tickets, we could have tried to source others, but because we were informed so last minute, it was impossible. Thousands of wasted pounds on travel, and bitter disappointment at missing the match. This company has a lot to answer for.”

We hadn't heard of Wow tickets and as we were visiting London with our family I was a bit nervous. However the communication was very good. We received tickets (qr code) and instructions the day before and a WhatsApp message to ensure it had arrived.I would use them again

I found this site off of a google search and having never bought Premier league game tickets since I live in the states I had no idea initially that this was a second hand site. That being said, the communication was great and prices were fair. I received my tickets a few days before the game just as they said and didn't have any issues at all. Overall a great experience and would buy from them again!

WoW did decent job with good service to get us premier league tickets.My one problem is that it wasn't clear to me until after purchase that this is touting, formally illegal and discouraged by the football clubs, and that if I'm asked questions at the stadium (very unlikely I guess, I wasn't) I'll need to lie and/or face expulsion. Had I known, not sure I would have purchased.

Everything ok - would have prefered my own name on the ticket.Better pre-information about seat location would be nice - had to stand all the match - nice in the fan curve, but would have chosen other shoes.Would choose wow again, Ehen I can‘t get an official club ticket.

The service provided by WoW Tickets was phenomenal, the ordering process was seamless, the Wow team were very attentive with customer support, my questions were answered promptly and the electronic tickets were delivered 3 days in advance of the match. I was worried because of some of the other reviews, but I went to watch the final Arsenal game vs Wolves with my dad and it was seamless. They asked for our information prior to the game and then sent our tickets a couple days before which put me at ease. Once we got there, we scanned the QR code and watched our Gunners smack Wolves 5-0. Great game
