If I could give a 0 star I would. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I go into the shop and purchase a Germany shirt. I ask the man to get me a size large. I then say to him is all okay, are you sure this isn’t a kids top. He assures me it is a men’s. I then go through to security in the airport so therefore can’t go back. I check irs a woman’s top! And now I can’t return. Awful service. I expect full compensation for this stupidity!
Within last few years Lufthansa has became absolutely terrible airline. I've been waiting almost 3 month for refund of my expenses due to delayed baggage ( 3 days !). Now I've decided to send my case to the Arbitrary Court in Berlin.On flight from Frankfurt to Toronto LH470 ( Jan 25th 2024) my special meal - my kosher "fresh"sandwich had production date August 2023 !!!, was partially frozen and wet. Onboard service below any standards. On my route back LH471 on Feb. I haven't received my special meal -dinner, just only sandwich ( amazingly fresh & tasty). Flight with Lufthansa again ??? NO NEVER AGAIN.
All my luggage Check in and Cabin bags for family of 4, were left behind in Munich 10 days ago, and till date i have no clue when i am going to get my bags back. There is literally no way to get the information, online tracking hasnt been updated in weeks. WORST Customer Service experience.
Lufthansa Worldshop sells aluminium suitcases with the motto that they are robust and resistant. Neither - nor, after 10 flights my suitcase looks like old military plate. Lowest quality possible, extremely disappointing. I asked for the s.c. 5 years guarantee and got a humilaiting answer. Never ever again!
All ok until, it goes wrong.As soon as there is a delay or issue, the true colours come out. No care or consideration. Mislead by Lufthansa customer service (when you can get hold off them) lied to by the customer service about my flights. Had to book my own flight home as Lufthansa wanted to send me to an airport that was locked down due to snow and refused to give me an alternative.And completely reject any liability when it comes to claiming your entitled compensation
I am Frequent Flyer for years in Star Alliance and love Worldshop products, specially LH travel products. Tried 3 times to place an order to Spain. Impossible to know which transport company they are using. When using GLS, nobody comes to delivery, nobody call and contacted with me.Try to buy elsewhere !!! ;)
DISGRACEFUL!! Not only the worst airline to fly with but the most horrendous customer service provider! PAY THE EXTRA £100s and fly with AirFrance! Lufthansa’s customer service line has staff that DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH but are very proficient at being RUDE!!!Zenda in particular if you ever have the luck to speak to her will treat you like you are trash about to be put out!!! These staff don’t care about the thousands of pounds you could have paid in your tickets!!!!!Absolutely shady! Since 2016 this company has only gotten worse and worse!!!!!!
Avoid it if you can. Customer service is horrible. Lufthansa messed up my re booking and then didn't let me to fly with the checked in boarding pass as the re booking fees were not paid but no-one mentioned or asked me to pay when I rebooked it. On the boarding gates they asked me to pay over £900 in addition to the original returned ticket from London to Frankfurt of £750.

it is scam, they debited my miles for parfum, then they blocked my account and refuse to deliver it. they wrote me I must contact them by call. I wrote them I will not call them, if they want something they should call to me and if I dont receive my order I will consider it as fraud. never answered!
"Typisch Deutsch" indeed. Email inquiries never get answered, service agents on phone have the typical lufthansa attitude - they're offended when asked to do their job, and seem delighted to lose customers forever.
This review is referring to the Lufthansa worldshop. I've ordered an item months ago, which I returned as the quality wasn't half of what I was expecting it to be.This wasn't their fault, but according to their website when returning an item within 4 weeks of purchase, I would get my money back.I've spent more than a month asking for my money back and they keep on telling me that it was paid. However, every contact I make, they always mention that it was paid on a different date.To sum it up, I'm missing almost 300 euros, simply because something shady has been happening. I don't appreciate this kind of behaviour as I would never expect it from a company such as Lufthansa, which had been always one of my favourites.
The product failed after 1 year and a few days and refused to replace referring to Article 434 ff. of the German Civil Code. What happened to 1) customer service and 2) EU regulations for a minimum of 2 year warranty!

I bought a Titan suitcase from World Shop and when we got to the hotel after the first trip I saw that it was damaged - in fact it was badly designed so the damage to the lock is no surprise.I checked out what to do when I got back from vacation.Lufthansa said that the guarantee doesn't actually mean that there is a guarantee and that it is not their problem and I should contact the airline.Why then is there a guarantee?Why is it the fault of the airline that the bag is poorly designed and is fault after the first use?They told me I could send it to them and they would possibly fix it, and charge me, and possibly not, and charge me to return the broken suitcase.How is this customer support?I was sold a defective product, where are my consumer rights?
Don't ever buy anything from this company. It is been more than a month and no deliver. You call the so called customer service and the "don't know" when it will be deliver. Ridiculous.
