put an order in june 10th after back and forth emails my order is supposedly now lost refund offered over 2 weeks ago and still nothing would suggest you do not deal with this company

So pleased that in really tough weather here in Sydney my boots are holding up great. Would highly recommend these Canterbury boots for wet weather and also good on 4G artificial ground where I train. Highly recommend these boots.

World Rugby Shop really came through for me when a Team USA Women's Sevens jersey I bought for my partner got lost in transit ahead of watching the team compete at the Olympics in Paris. The Shop organised a free replacement and my partner was able to represent her country on the big day. Team USA went on to win a historic bronze, helping to put the women's game on the map. A great day made all the better by great customer service and a quality product!

Brilliant !! Ordered shirts for recent game in South of France - was worried re trans-Atlantic delivery. No problem. Asked questions of Customer Service - very responsive and helpful. All arrived spick and span. Will re-order and use again.

Placed an order and quickly realized I forgot to add an item. Reached out to customer service and QUICKLY got a response. Since I ordered through Facebook I was told I would need to order the additional item from the website and they would refund me the shipping. I did and very soon after I got an email from Kristy (who was awesome) saying they were able to include all the items in one package, it was on its way, and she refunded me the shipping from second purchase. Phenomenal experience and I will be ordering from them again and again and again….

WRS is my go-to place for anything rugby. I’ve had great experience with returning boots and clothes that didn’t fit and was able to easily get the correct sizes. Their team is hands down one of the best customer service departments I’ve ordered from.

I recently purchased a USA rugby top for my eldest son.It arrived on time and he absolutely loves it .I would definitely recommend World Rugby shop to anyone .

Order 4 tops to wear to a semi-final - package was opened, and items were missing, so we refused delivery at the advice of the postal service. Contacted customer support; after 1 initial response, we've heard nothing. We leave for Paris in 2 days and have no top and no refund. How on earth this is acceptable for the official shop is beyond me. Very disappointed and looks like I'm not alone.

Ordered from this company spending a significant amount of money. Waited a month for delivery, still no sign of the item. It is extremely disappointing service. Asked for a phone call to discuss it - did not happen. Please do not waste your time with them, there are plenty of other options.

Waste of time.Ordered one thing and sent another as a supplement and took the ball I ordered off the website.Then went on to say it was my fault.Looking at the other unsatisfied customers someone needs to shut this store down.Customer service help line are arrogant and only communicate when they want to.

The website on my iPhone needs to be updated a bit, it looks a wee bit dated, and navigating on a 6S in landscape mode needs to be smoother. I know, I am the lone person on the planet who uses the phone in landscape mode but I find it offers a better experience when viewing websites or apps. So excited for this weekend!

I like everything about this site except for when I buy something and then within a couple weeks the price goes down. I would understand after 30 days, but if I buy something and notice a price reduction within 30 days of purchasing an item I would expect a credit of some sort. everything else is good.

It was a wonderfully simple online shopping experience. Good high quality pictures of the items I was looking at purchasing and not too many hoops to jump through, just found the item I wanted and put it in the cart and checked out with reasonably priced shipping. Item arrived on time and was Great!

I ordered some rugby shorts and they arrived more quickly than I even expected, fit great (I’m between a medium and small and went with medium), and are excellent quality. I look forward to wearing them for many practices and games to come.

Unfortunately I ordered a Highlanders shirt for my son's birthday. After 7 weeks there is still no shirt and the tracking seems to show it got lost at a transfer station in China. The company's response to the situation has been very disappointing with them just repeating "it is in the post and will arrive" , when it is obvious something has gone wrong. So I have a very disappointed son and I am out of pocket $40

World rugby shop always has the best quality products! I can always expect their gear to be reasonably priced and durable. Their sales are always amazing and I don’t think I’ve ordered something from them that didn’t arrive early. 10/10 would recommend!

My new shorts arrived quickly and item size discription was accurate. As always World Rugby Shop delivered, will use again for any future rugby gear or gift needs.

Stay away from this company. Ordered something in June that was lost in transit. Made them aware of the issue in July. It is now August and they still have not remediated the issue. Poor response, even with evidence that the items are non retrievable in shipping. I would save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere else.
