Is worldpatentmarketing.com Legit?

SCAMMERS! WPM and their phony leader Scott Cooper are finally getting their just deserts. There are under injunction currently from the FTC, on various charges that all equal up to... LIARS, Scammers, Cheats!A WPM Manufacturing company in CHINA does not exist!!I hope they lose every stolen penny and wind up in jail!

Brought them an idea, and supplemental data. They NEVER returned my calls. Did not follow up on my requests or suggestions. Got nothing but lip service. This company is the poster boy for the word SCAM! The worst decision I ever made was with buying their spiel! Sure wish I could get ANY of my "investment" back. Nothing good to say about WPM!

World patent marketing is no good! I gave them my idea to be patent which they did almost 2 years but they never took my patent to 5 manufacturers like was on our contract.. my patent is called the Digital Memorial Album . It's a monitor that's mounted on a tombstone to show videos of the deceased to their love ones. For more than I've been calling and emailingWorld Patent Marketing with no response! So they're no good. I got info they're been taken to court. Good luck if you're dealing with them.

Recently went through WPM, to get my Invention and patent to move forward on Feb 23, went in for surgery shortly after, as of Mar 11, I have been unable to contact via Email (Bounce back),call (number disconnected), Web site address and login (no longer up or working). As off Mar 26 the AG of Florida has seized all accounts and Indicted J. Cooper for fraud to default, sounds about right. I still don't have any Idea what will happen to our Patent work and IP research done to date. Myself, I have contacted my credit company and informed them of the situation, we will see what happens next. looking for Legal help now I guess.

Rip off. Shortly after sending in half of price they quoted me communications were shut off, I received a certificate of endorsement and an invoice for 2nd half of money. Started reading bad reviews and couldn't get hold of anyone at WPM. Would like to know if a class action law suit can be started?

Star C. have been very helpful in clarifying any questions I have had about the process. On numerous times, she has assisted with website issues for my product and has recently help to get the licensing underway. Star is quick to follow up with any of my concerns. Through working with her, I have felt reassured that all is moving in a positive direction and continue to trust this process with WPM.I am also very impressed by the write up for Cooper Ideas Foundation. It seems to me that the foundation is very heart centered and working in the best interest of many.

WPM employees are very straight forward, honest, professionals, and warm. They answered your queries promptly. Either through email or phone. I am fortunate that they are there to help me through my journey. They'd help you trust on your idea or invention that you'd think it's marketable and guide you with their professionalism and experienced. Scott J Cooper, desa industries, world patent marketing and the cooper idea foundation are all scams! The FTC froze their assets and there is a class action suit against them. Scott cannot sell his house or yacht in miami. He is the worst of the worst. Stay very far away from his compaines. If you already gave him money look into the ftc case and class action!

Submitted my idea to WPM and have felt confident and comfortable with my decision since this first step. My project manager Myroslava has been super through the whole process! I have been contacted by other staff members of WPM who have also offered up valuable information and answers to any questions I have had. I have absolutely nothing negative to report about my experience with this company this far. All staff members of WPM have been very polite and knowledgable and able to address all of my concerns. Very very satisfied with this company!

I have spoken with several attorney's who have gone into great detail on how to go about the process of taking an invention from mind to market. Dealing with Paulo Silva at WPM has made the this process easy, and understandable. In addition the research fees offered have been extremely reasonable. Mr. Silva has addressed all of my concerns and exercised great patients with me through out the process.

Upon contacting WPM, I was nervous and excited at the same time. My project manager, Peter, eased my stress by communicating with me and explaining the process in an easy to understand way. I have to say that I am just starting out with this company and have nothing but good things to say about the transaction thus far. My Rep Sherry from the onset was caring and considerate of my ideas and she also had some corrective criticism that I totally listened to and some of the things she said, I implemented while others I didn't. Don't believe the hype. Check out these folks IF you are really interested in getting ahead and having your inventions taken seriously and NOT taken to the bank and left for dead. You will not be sorry!

After probably 2 or 3 months of looking around and talking to other companies and attorneys I decieded to go with WPM. Chris has been very informative and just totally nice in helping me get all my questions answered. I Just signed the 1st agreement and hope to sign the next in a few weeks....Heres to having my product on shelfs by the end of the year would be awesome!
