Ordered from these guys just before Christmas and Irma arrived in 2 days. Perfect. Although there was a slight defect in manufacture the smcustomer support team were fantastic with communication and are sending out a replacement. Super product and wonderful customer support. Thanks guys.

Wolf Garten 500W Twin Line Trimmer. Not a perfect machine but a great design (have used for 14 months). Metal guard, which prevents the spool from bottoming, allows weed-busting on hard areas. The guard might fall out, a little too easily, but a preventative technique is soon mastered. The most useful & versatile garden tool I've ever purchased.

First time I have used this company and I have found them first class. I have several Wolfgarten multi change handles and tools and I wanted 220 - 400cm telescopic handle and pruning saw attachment to prune some Lime trees before coming in to leaf and I didn't trust myself with a chainsaw on a ladder! Did a Google search and found this company with handle and saw set for £55.95 with free delivery (cheaper than Amazon or anyone else). Ordered Tuesday morning and received delivery by APC courier Wed lunchtime.Have bookmarked site and will be ordering other items from this company based on this first rate experience.

Excellent service and products as described.Easy to order online and delivery was quick.Lost one star because they are offering bundle deals but in my case it was cheaper to buy one bundle and add another item instead of buying the complete bundle. Just do your sums before buying. Will certainly use them again.

I'm a self-employed gardener, working in dozens of private gardens, travelling from site to site in a small van. Nearly all my tools are Wolf Garten, because the multi-change system makes it possible to carry lots of useful kit in a limited space. I've found all the tools to be extremely well-made, thoughtfully designed, and highly functional. I always buy from World of Wolf because they are competitively priced, have a fairly low threshold for free delivery, and deliver promptly.

Two stars for customer service but four for most of the tools. I contacted WoW to ask why I had a buy yet another handle (this time telescopic in addition to the FOUR fixed length ones I already have) for a pruning saw attachment. I was told that WoW is just the UK import agent and can't be expected to answer questions around design philosophy. Isn't it WG's biggest selling point that the tools and handles are interchangable? (but apparently they're not entirely).

I am rapidly acquiring more and more Wolf tools and love the fact that only one pole is needed with all the tool heads easily interchangeable. My latest purchase is the telescopic pole with separate saw . No more risking life & limb on wobbly ladders Next on my wish list is the adjustable anvil lopper. Can't wait to try them out - when the rain stops...

Although my partner has garden tools from this company we were unable to find what we needed locally.I found the website and ordered a tree saw which fits into the pole we have to reach high branches of our fir tree.The price was competitive so I went ahead and ordered it.The delivery was free and it only took 2 days.Really good customer service and I would happily recommend and use this company again.

The tools sold are of a excellent quality, thoughtfully designed and durable, I save so much space with the clever interchanging heads limiting the need for loads of Implements each with their own handle or pole. That alone makes storage so easy .wish I’d had them years ago.

They hold a good stock and selection of Wolf Garten tools which means if I need something in a hurry its delivered to my door quickly.I am a professional gardener and use these tools because they are top quality and the modular system means I can cut down the clutter in the van. Being able to get them fast and at what is usually the best online price is very important

I ordered a telescopic handle and a scraper after 11 o'clock on a Tuesday night, and received the order on the Thursday that week, even though I'd only selected standard delivery. I've used the tools once so far, and they seem to be very well made. As delivery was free, and the prices were cheaper than I could find on Amazon, eBay or anywhere else, I was very happy with the order and would definitely use World of Wolf again.The only slight negative is that the scraper came in a box that was much larger than necessary.

Over the last couple of years, I decided that I would invest in some quality tools for my gardening. Having looked at the worldofwolf range in the garden centres, I decided that they were worth the investment. I have several tools and three different length handles and have found the interchangeable feature really useful,quick and easy to use. From the 4 metre pole with the tree loppers through to the wire brush attachment on my block paving, all perform well and ooze quality. My personal favourite, is the plastic leaf rake, I can’t believe how much easier than a metal lawn rake this is to use.

I started buying Wolf Garten tools about 18 months ago and since then I have been adding more of their range. Ordering online was quick and easy. Delivery was quick. Purchased a wooden interchangeable handle and a push and pull weeder head for our allotment. Both are fantastic items and easy to use. Will definitely buy our Wolf Garten tools from here in future.

Appalling company. 21 days wait from order to receipt of goods. Waited home all day on two occasions for delivery but it never arrived. Goods were then delivered when I was out but delivered to a neighbours address, who i do not know, driver left no card to inform me of this. World of Wolf were useless and unapologetic for their own incompetence and the incompetence of their delivery company. Three weeks wait and too much time spent chasing the delivery. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Beware!!

With my total of eleven Wolf items purchased over the past 15 years, they remain in sound and fully working condition. The original pruning saw still cuts better than any other despite its age.The other items have been added as circumstances have changed and range from secateurs to sweeping brushes, rakes to window cleaning tools. All have given excellent service and long lasting quality.I am now waiting for the perfect addition to my collection in the form of an adapter ( approx 450mm long with a knuckle at mid point ) to fit to the long pole to enable the angle of the window cleaning heads to be varied.This would be perfect for cleaning the low pitches of glass conservatories and verandahs.Anyway, great products all round...thank you.Paul Mc

The one thing that puts me off to going back and buying from a company on the internet is bad delivery. (I don't buy from companies that use Hermes/Evri for example.)However from the competitive pricing and an easy to use website from World of Wolf to the quick and accurate delivery time from the delivery company, everything was spot on.I will have no hesitation to recommend this company to my friends and family.
