Thank you so much to Robert and the team!! I made an order & unfortunately due to a website error the wrong bathroom panels arrived. I called Robert & it was sorted within 20 mins & the order arrived 2 days late and the wrong panels were collected. After I miscalculated how many panels I needed i ordered more & Robert insured the the extra panels were delivered within 3-5 days however they only took 2 days! Couldn’t have asked for better service and the products are fabulous! Thanks all 😊

Great experience with the company. Bought some LVT, great quality and exceptional price especially with the bulk order discount. Ordered some beading which didn't suit the floor, the customer service was very understanding, acknowledged my feedback as a client and did everything to make sure I was happy. Excellent price product AC5 flooring good quality arrived on time opened a trade account without any issue staff communication excellent 👍 Only reason for 1 star less the delivery we had to off load by hand on site shame on a pallet but sent a van with no tail lift Thank you guys hope to place a order soon

Found this company through a good search and checked trust pilot before I placed my order and it is true what previous customers have said very good company. Delivered my lovely flooring quickly and with care. The delivery driver was super lovely I'd order from them again!

Late delivery. The company called me to let me know when they are going to do the delivery. The delivery was agreed for 22nd July, I have therefore informed my client that I’m going to install the minerva worktop on 23rd July only to find out that the minerva is going to be delivered on 24th July hence late delivery. I had to explain again to my client that the who are going to deliver the worktop let me down. It was very embarrassing for me to explain why the work top is not delivered yet.I will never use this company services again.Ok, I would like to listen to the telephone conversation on that day. Can you provide that?

Robert from KWF was extremely helpful and kept me informed of my orders progress. Delivered on time and dropped at doorstep by helpful delivery driver. Slight damage to pallet but, nothing too serious. Some planks had minor damage but to be expected on a large order. I would use them again.

The team were wonderful and very helpful. Responded to my change in delivery date immediately and answered any queries promptly. Tracking for delivery was provided which was very helpful.

Supplied me with broken flooring completely unable to be used.UPDATE: You choose not to believe me when I trusted your product and service. Absolutely zero offered in return. Horrendous.UPDATE 2: I guess Alex from July last year must be lying too (exact same issue as me). :)

Exceptional service. Very helpful where samples were sent and discussed what would be suitable. There was a period where I couldn't decide what would work or look right and Jonathan helped me decide by sending more samples which I offered to pay for but he didn't accept payment which was very generous. A fantastic helpful service and very good quality products. I found another supplier with a similar product but double the price. The prices of these products are very competitive.

Good range of wood flooring. I was hunting a pack of discontinued laminate flooring to complete a room to match rest of the property. Ordering was easy. Excellent communication. Regular updates on delivery. Delivery was within a couple of days and timed. Was only ordering small amount so found delivery charge expensive but that was just unfortunate for me. Highly recommend.

Jon was great and very helpful, answering stock questions via the Facebook page and further personally emailing me to let me know one sample I’d ordered wasn’t in stock but the rest would be sent out with the other being sent promptly after, which it was. The flooring purchase was quick and easy, and of great quality. Would buy here again.

Both John and Dave have been extremely helpful! I recently had a new boiler fitted and the contractor snapped the hose to the washing machine hence causing a flood. After doing some research and ordering some samples I decided on some Quickstep laminate flooring. I shopped around and Wood Flooring Kent worked out to be the cheapest. I read the reviews which were excellent so decided to order my flooring through them. They didn't have the Basic Plus underlay in stock and kindly offered to price match the next grade up so that I could have it delivered on time for my joiner to start the work next week. I can't fault them so far. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We have put laminate throughout our property with electric underfloor heating. The advice from John and the team was really good, honest and straightforward. Couldn’t fault them. Delivery was on the day we asked for, the driver was extremely helpful. The price of the laminate was the best I could find on the internet. Would definitely recommend and will be buying from John and the team again.

We had installed by Wood Flooring Kent 41sqm of 12mm grey flooring In our kitchen/Diner and Hallway.From the moment I began speaking to Jon regarding him looking at our project,he came across very friendly and his communication was very good.This attitude from him and his colleague continued right through whilst the work was being done and even though the flooring we bought wasn’t perfect,he remained positive and completed the flooring in a professional manner.We wouldn’t hesitate in hiring Jon again.
