Is womanizer.com Legit?

I ordered a product from the website more than a week ago, but they still not start delivering. The website promised to deliver my order in 2 days. I tried to contact them via email (and it's the only way I can contact them as it shown on the website). I sent the email TWICE. But I never got a reply. I just want either my order to deliver now or give back my money. I'm moving out of my current country very soon. It's such a bad experience.

I am having a hard time reaching customer service on a 1 week old Womanizer Next I purchased for my wife. I got it from their website and I sent a receipt for warranty; but no response. Literally it has been several days, I have sent them two emails and no response. I just sent an additional customer service contact email and a care email and I just get the automated responses. But not customer service, if I don't hear promptly I will contact my credit card company and tell them it is a defective product and to begin a charge back. FOLLOW UP: I went ahead and sent an email as instructed below... we'll see if they answer.

One of the absolute BEST customer service experiences of my life. Most companies, in my experience, have a lot of loopholes you need to jump through to claim their warranty. Well, not for the womanizer! It was almost too simple of a process and incredibly fast and so very kind. I’ll be receiving a free replacement in the next 5-7 days. My husband is just as excited 😆

My Premium 2 was broken a week after purchase. I was naturally quite upset but decided to give their warranty a try. They asked simple questions then quickly authorized a replacement. They really take care of their customers. Thank you!

Emailed directly to ask the process for a warranty claim as the store of purchase wanted to try and fix the toy themselves! 🤢 Received email back within hours, confirmed the batch number and a new toy was at my door less than a week later!!

They were quick to replace a faulty product that I bought from another retailer, but when it arrived I was absolutely mortified to discover the packaging wasn't discreet. I raised this with customer services and they said it was standard practice. This was embarrassing and upsetting for me, but could have far worse consequences for women with abusive partners or strictly religious families, who really need privacy and secrecy when ordering. If you claim to send items in discreet packaging then you need to follow through on that.

I have contacted this company numerous times because I purchased a product weeks ago, the money was taken from my account, and I have yet to receive the product. I believe they are fraudulent as each time I contact them, they have a fresh excuse (despite me already providing evidence to dispute their reasons). I sent them a copy of the email confirmation of the sale Womanizer sent me, the receipt from Paypal saying the payment had been made, and a copy of my banking record showing the purchase had cleared. First, they said they had no record of the transaction. The next email they sent said they had not received payment for the transaction. I had already sent the evidence, but I resent it, and have yet to receive a response. To test their system, I submitted a fresh request for assistance and once AGAIN the whole malarkey started with, "Our pleasure to help you, looks like we don't have a record of this transaction", just like they'd said before and then when I proved them wrong, said the same crap of no payment received and then I proved that again. I don't know who is answering their queries, but I have a very funny feeling this is a scam website and I am going to file a formal complaint as I have yet to receive a proper response. I told them I wanted EITHER a refund, or mail the darn product I ordered, and at this point after all the stress and hassle, if they are out of the product I ordered, provide me with a free upgrade or refund my money. They are completely unprofessional. When they saw I had placed an order, and I showed proof payment had been taken, whether they see that or not on their poorly managed systems the proper response would be to either send the product or refund the customer! Do not order from a company who abuses its customers this way. I purchased something from them back in 2019, and was really happy with it, so I thought I would try again and this is the worst experience I've ever had with any company, ever. EDITTED TO ADD: The company has commented on my review. I will update if this situation gets resolved. It's pretty simple. Ship the product, or if you are out of stock, send equivalent, or REFUND the customer. It's that simple.UPDATE: I finally received a refund, after weeks, with a ridiculous excuse that there was a discrepancy between shipping country of origin and payment country. This should not be a big deal in 2024, nor should I have been told I did not have an order, then when proven I did, told the payment was in pending when it wasn't, nor should I have had to battle to get some kind of result. Regardless of how wonderful the product is, if the customer service is terrible, the company is too. If you didn't have a bad time, count yourself lucky.

Great service, quick responses via email and they have solved my problem very smoothly. After a number of years, my device stopped working, but I was quickly able to contact the customer service and they were kind enough to provide me with a new device under warranty regulations.

I am writing this after I came multiple times. I always feel so grateful to be a woman after using this 😄 By far my best orgasms have always been with the Womanizer. I had battery issues with my first womanizer about 2 years after my purchase, and they mailed me a replacement immediately. Then, about a year later, the replacement vibrator developed the same battery issues. I expressed some concerns about the product and they generously upgraded me to the next model for free! You can feel confident that you will get your money`s worth with these products. The 5 year warranty is awesome and they honour it to the fullest. Thank you!

Order not received, have emailed countless times and can not get an update on status of order. Only get two replies one saying they were looking into issue and promised to get back by end of week, which didn’t happen. Then today they have said they have replied several times and they are going into my spam folder which isn’t true! Not happy at all!

I have bought a Premium toy a good few years ago. It died 2 or 3 years in, but they have a 5 year guarantee and they replaced it without any issues. I was even able to get the same colour. This replacement one has died as well after a few years again and instead of getting a free replacement again I have decided to upgrade. I have purchased a Next product but have received a Premium 2 instead by mistake. I have reported it on their website and got an automatic email that I should expect a reply in 3 to 5 business days. I have received the reply in 3 days and was asked to provide some pictures. I have done this, and shortly after I have received the confirmation that my original order is on its way. I have already received this, less than a week later. Very happy with the products and the customer service as well.

I have passed an order since 3 weeks, it was supposed to be delivered within one week maximum, impossible to reach any customer support until now. The only answer i have been provided is "So far we can only wait! Thanks for your patience"There are terrible...

So we got a Womanizer Premium as a supposed upgrade from the cheap and chearful Satisfyer Pro I have had for what 3 years and enjoyed massively. Idea was that as I luv the air wave stimulation why not go to the best available? BAD MISTAKE. It was like 5 times the price you can get a Satisfyer for and it is not as good on any level! Ease of use X; Fit in the hand X; Comfort on my sensitive bits X; Speed to get me my desired destination X; Cleaning up X. I ordered a Womanizer product as a surprise for my wife. When it arrived, I opened the package and charged it so it would be ready for her. But once I told my wife about her surprise, to my surprise she had no interest in trying it. So I contacted the company to check about returning it since it hasn't been used, and they informed me that once the package is opened it can't be returned. I feel like this is unfair since it wasn't mentioned in the product description or in the buying process.

I got my toy and absolutely loved it. After a while it stopped working and wouldn't even turn on, so I emailed customer support. They were initially very helpful and agreed it was faulty. They sent me a replacement out but it looked completely different. Rather than the hot pink and orange one I'd chosen for myself when I bought it, it was a tacky frosted pink colour. I emailed them when I saw the dispatch email but they refused to swap it. I absolutely hate the replacement. I don't use it as it looks so tacky and ugly. I feel I've wasted an awful lot of money and I would not recommend this brand to friends. They know colours and appearances are important to people - that's why they make them in different colour ways. Really disappointed with the service I received and have since switched to other brands.
