They sell 100% fake strips that are delivered in an envelope😂, dont work at all, im pretty sure you damage your teeth by using these, dont buy from these scammers

If I could give no star I would.I spoke someone from customer service who was very rude and condescending and made me feel like everything was my fault. My stuff was delivered to the wrong address and I went to get my stuff by going to the address it was delivered at but nothing was there so obviously my things were stolen and he just says it’s my problem and I entered my address incorrectly. The thing is, I entered my address with the postal code of my area the same I always do way every time I make ann online purchase and only with this company do I have this issue. All that was said is that it’s my fault and nothing can be done about it. Don’t buy from this shop because they will screw you over and be very rude about it.

I received the items that I ordered but the process is far from transparent. The company is not based in the Netherlands - I got the package from Bumblebee Med LTD and it originated from Zabrze, Poland. The items look legit but they came without the original Crest box. They were placed in an enveloppe to decrease shipping costs. They arrived 10 days after I placed my order. All is all, I got what I ordered but this shady company is not worth the few EUR that I spared.

These guys are scammers; they will not send you any product, or they will send you fake products. Absolutely horrible.Order a whole box of whitening strips, it arrived without a box already a red flag. But i wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt so i try it for the first time last night. Completely fake strips now i have used crest before so I know what to expect normally i see results on the first try with the REAL ones. Hello, I wanted to inform that my order arrived today, a month and a half after I placed it and some unanswered emails from their side. Also, published a previous review here (1star) in which I alert people of witte-perel to very likely being a scam. The sender in the tracking code I received by email after all this waiting time was Bumblebee Med Ltd and not Witte-Perel, therefore I wasn’t sure what this package is. Couldn’t identify the sender. To sum-up, it’s not clear to me how this site operates and never got a reply from their side. A month and a half later I receive the product under a different company name/sender name.Happy I received it eventually but still being thoughtful 🧐
