Is withmoxie.com Legit?

Moxie is great and their customer support is really great👌. First the bot is helpful but when I needed more support (as I set up my first CRM…#figuringitout) I could quickly chat with a real person who could help! Love that.

Moxie is better than most offerings of its type, but it has some shortcomings that I found to be hard to manage. There is no way to track document versions well. E-mail linking was not easy at all and I had to delete my connection to Google more than once and re-add before it would work. You need to add a token to every ad hoc email in order to insert your email signature, unless you only use email templates. The interface is very old fashioned looking. Just lots of little things that make it a time waster for me.

Flexible and comprehensive with a modern easy to use UI. I'm a fan!

I was looking for a new CRM for my business and I came across Moxie. I really love the customization that it offers and especially the client portal!!!

I used to think HoneyBook was great. But then I found WithMoxie.com and I was blown away. HoneyBook restricts its users creativity, functionality, and productivity. Go with Moxie, you won’t regret it.

They are constantly adding new features, they listen to what their users want and the support is the best. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Moxie is a perfect all in one package, my favorite feature is the VOIP phone that helps me organize my calls and texts without having another phone. Ive been using moxie for over a year, and their support is amazing! I asked for a specific area code for my number that wasnt available and the went above and beyond to accomodate my needs. Their new AI chat is great for quick answers about the software and if that doesnt help ive never needed to wait for more than half a day for an answer.

Overall, Moxie is a good platform with useful features, but there’s definitely room for improvement.Agreements/Contracts:One limitation I’ve noticed is the inability to customize where fields like signatures and dates are placed in agreements. Currently, the client’s signature can only appear at the top or bottom of the page, which doesn’t work for lawyer-drafted contracts with specific formatting. It would be great if Moxie implemented a drag-and-drop feature for this, similar to DocHub, which offers a much smoother experience for contract customization.Meeting Scheduler and Taxes:The meeting scheduler is a fantastic feature, especially with the option to require payment before booking. However, it currently doesn’t allow you to add taxes to the payment total. This is a significant limitation for business owners who are required to charge taxes separately (e.g., in Quebec, Canada). Moxie already supports taxes on invoices when integrated with Stripe, so it would make sense to extend this functionality to the meeting scheduler.Smart Fields for Contracts:As of now, there are no smart fields for agreements/contracts, which is surprising for a CRM. The absence of this feature makes automation less efficient, as you need to create a unique contract template for each offer and then manually set up workflows. Adding smart fields would greatly streamline the process of sending contracts and invoices. You can build workflows with conditional logics, but it's more work than if you had smart fields.I hope these suggestions are helpful and I look forward to seeing future updates!

I've been looking for a tool like this for a long time. As a freelancer/solopreneur working internationally I need a way to manage all my projects, clients and admin details for my business without it all becoming too cluttered and scattered. Also I do bill in different currencies and Moxie has made it truly simple to integrate a multicurrency business like mine :)

Awesome support and while it's not meant for my exact business model (no current CRMs are), I've found a way to make it work, which helps me to keep everything organized.

So easy to learn for a first time freelancer! I needed a tool that was easy to understand as I set up my business and Moxie was so intuitive. I was able to jump in, create my business profile, set up my first clients, and draft up a contract all under the free trial. I signed up and sent my first client invoice a few days later. It could not have been easier! And the best part is that it is an affordable option for solopreneurs like me. The monthly fee is worth it for the time and cost of other tools it saved me!

I think I may have found the perfect fit for me as a freelance web designer and website host. All these other apps are thinking about how to work in a large team setting and I just work by myself and need to be able to just get work done but I also want a lot of features and Moxie seems to have Everything I need. Automations, subscription billing, basic bookkeeping, reports, etc.

The breadth of functionality and ux is superb. The customer service is AMAZING. Moxie is the very best of any other product in its class. I had lost hope that I would find a solution that had everything I needed, and then I finally found Moxie. Such a relief. Moxie sets the standard; no one else is even close. I trialed others; doesn't waste your time.

This product is a dream. After testing a few "all-in-one" solutions, I found this to be the clear winner for my needs. I love that the client portal doesn't require clients to create accounts. The level of customization available for contracts, invoices, and the client portal design is just right. The team is also super helpful and kind. I'm excited to have this product in my web design workflow.

It's a great platform that has everything I need to run my design studio plus more I hadn't even thought about but am keen to utilise. I would love a bit more content around setting up automation as my brain doesn't work really well in that area, so a more stepped-out process video would be awesome.

Awesome software for Freelancers. I'm moving to this and getting rid of a lot of other project management tools. For a small business owner in digital marketing it has all I need to be efficient, to make my day easy and make my clients happy. The interface looks simple but the tools are powerful. It seems well thought out. Very pleased to have found it. Also good indepth tutorials on a range of topics.

I just began using Moxie but wish I had started years ago. I was a master at creating my "tech stack" but wasn't getting sales. Now I am getting great leads and Moxie will help me deliver. I have my phone #, text messages, proposals, and client portal all in one place. No more "stringing together" disparate apps.

It’s only been a week and I LOVE IT!! I love the tickets, the business phone number, the accounting and my clients love they can submit work request (via tickets) inside their client portal and direct email. Tickets option is 10/10.I will update in 30 days as I explore more.
