Is wishtender.com Legit?

I have NEVER used this site, however, I was fraudulently charged for something ($464.21 and $273.71). Luckily, I caught on to the scam by canceling a card I have NEVER used and a $341.00 charge was blocked. You have some crooks using this app and I will NEVER use it.

I have had multiple instances where my credit card(s) were fraudulently used on this website. Purchases were over hundreds of dollars. I contacted the number that was on my statement. The alleged "CEO" of this company answered. They advised that I filed a dispute with my bank.I filed a dispute with my bank and later my bank was told by the merchant that I opened an account "using a VPN". I never opened an account in the first place. This website is extremely sketchy.

I’ve used Wishtender for over a year now, so I feel confident giving the platform a 5-star rating! For content creators of any and all kind, this is an amazing service, but ESPECIALLY for industries deemed “difficult to bank”. Finally we have a site for credit card payments with no chargebacks.I have automatic payouts set, so I don’t even have to go in and push them through! The team advocates for their wishers and doesn’t allow us to be hit by fraudulent chargebacks. I was really nervous to try yet another new wishlist system, but this is far beyond what I was expecting and has become a core part of how I run things.

Wishtender has provided a safe space for so many to handle transactions amd gift give. Whether it's the giver or receiver both parties information is kept safe from one another, and provides a sleek and easy gift giving. The layout is well done, including providing the option to categorize your gifts. They also have a chrome add on that makes it easier than ever to add gifts while you shop. No matter what kind of creator you are, gamer etc. wishtender has everyone's backs.

This platform is an amazing one for SWers, content creators and artists. A Google extension was even created to make adding to your wishlist seamless and easy without navigating to the site itself! Also comes with chargeback protection, which is sadly a common platform abuse tactic for clientele. This leaves no room for that and protects the creators. Nothing but positive things to say about WT!

The bad reviews are lies. I have been using this for a almost a year. This is the best option especially if you’re international. Every content creator or person with generous following/fans should have one. I’ve never had an issue with deposits, Large or small. Any questions or concerns that My senders or I have are quickly acknowledged by their informative and tech-savvy staff. This platform has protected Me from fraudulent chargebacks. It has also provided identify safety and privacy options for all parties.

Wishtender is my absolute favourite platform to receive gifts on!! I’ve been a wisher for a few months now and I can happily say it is one of the most reliable sites out there. It’s super safe and user friendly, and also available internationally which is great to connect with buyers from all around the world. Plus the fees are notably lower than other platforms which is another huge bonus! Would highly recommend to both wishers and buyers!!🫶🏻

Wishtender is one of the safest platforms I have used. Anonimity for me and my clients is a must so it is highly valued. I do not have to worry with the transparency that I have received, they take feedback extremely well, they are positive and collected people. I would certainly use them again!

Wonderful customer service. They get back efficiently & they’re very easy to get a hold of. I was being impersonated & they have been so helpful with suspending the fake accounts of me, more helpful than any other platform i have used. I would recommend this website to everyone I know. If you want to have a safe place to receive & send money this is the platform for you.

The low reviews are likely from scammers who failed to run a successful scam. Wishtender makes it IMPOSSIBLE to be scammed as a gift-receiver, because instead of being an order fulfillment service it works like a more focused tip-jar. I always get my money fast once someone buys me a gift, and the anonymity for both sides is the biggest selling point. My address is never exposed and the buyer can keep themselves completely anonymous if they desire. Truly a wonderful service and did you know its run by ONE person? Competitor services with a full team can’t even run their sites quite like Wishtender can. Give it a try!

Wishtender is the absolute best, if a website doesn’t allow their item on a wishlist you can easily add custom items and also just custom tip amounts if you want. The best part is with other sites gifters can cancel the product, but with wishtender it’s not possible. I appreciate that a lot, the money always gets to me within a few days and there are literally no fees. I hope they continue to be this user friendly forever

Outside of the website doing what’s it’s supposed to do, the customer service is probably the best I ever encountered. They will stand behind their customers and will help you in any way they can if someone you cut communications with is trying to contact you through their website, and will give you personalized service. They really go out of their way to make sure their whole website and experience is as positive as possible. Thank you so much Wishtender.

I've only been on WishTender for a month or two and I have nothing but positive things to say about them! I've been able to receive gifts anonymously and promptly, and feel safe and secure while doing so. I've used another wishlist site and it was mediocre compared to WishTender. I'm so happy to have found this amazing site and I'm excited to continue using it.

I made the switch few months ago from a different wishlist platform to Wishtender and I would say it’s the best decision I made. The system put in place allows a really fast « transaction » and if any issue, the staff is answering quickly. They’re also very active on socials, and are making a priority to protect their users. Honestly it’s the 1st time I don’t find anything negative to say about a wishlist service. I’m hoping for the integration on Twitch for the alerts for the extra bonus. Create your wishlist on Wishtender, you will not regret it.

Wishtender is a great small company for all creators! Gifts and tips can be sent with no address being shown like on some other wishlist sites, the site is super simple to set up and easy to use and they are very active on social media! Amazing idea to make customisable wishlist items where people can contribute towards specific non physical things as well as physical gifts!

This was my first time using Wishtender and being a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology, I had, what turned out to be numerous questions regarding how the system worked that were not on the FAQ. I found the site easily navigatable and proceeded to the chat room. On every single occasion the response time was relatively quick and my questions were answered succinctly and politely, at no time did I ever feel I was just being a nuisance. After my questions were answered I felt comfortable to proceed with my purchase and everything went exactly how I was told it would. It was refreshing to deal with a company that offered such good service, which is a very rare commodity these days. I can highly recommend wishtender, it certainly made 2 people very happy.

Wishtender protects the recipients against fraud which is really common in the target audience for it. I suspect a lot of the bad reviews are from people with poor intentions, it has the best and most consistent customer service I've ever dealt with and I have never had a problem with the payment side of it. It's also a favorite among everyone I know who uses it.
