Is windyigarn.com.au Legit?

I have been using the Windyigarn Pro Age Kit for three weeks. I have noticed a gradual lightening of pigmentation so I'm hopeful that it will keep going. The products are made daily, in Australia and I feel they are a quality product. They can be expensive, but they often have great sales.

My skin has never felt or looked better. The first Nano peel I did gave great results. Definitely a product that delivers results.

Very responsive. Recieved all of the products ordered in short time. the only issue was that I didn't initially recive the free gift as promised at checkout when I ordered but that was sorted.Second day of using the brightening kit and skin feels good.

Products arrived quickly and in good condition. Too early to see results from products.

I've been using the brightening kit for 2 months now. I've seen great improvement with my malasma, which I've had for 20 years. Thanks to Bianka for explaining in detail and made me understand more about this condition. I know I have a long way more to go but I feel positive now and hope that one day I wouldn't have to wear make up to go out.

Customer service and response time is fantastic. Cannot fault the information provided. Unfortunately I have some negative feedback regarding packaging. I was missing a product and other products had leaked. Whilst they were replaced, it delayed my ability to start use. Now that I am all set I cannot wait to see the results.

Don’t fall for it! Very bad experience!! They deleted my comment on their FB page and blocked me from seeing their adds. If they were honest about their service they should take customer feedback no matter what.

I have only been using the Brightening kit for 1 month, though no results yet but I guess it doesn't happen overnight. And I've had my melasma for too long 20 years, so it will take time. The ladies were very helpful at Windyigarn giving me advise. Thank you, I will keep going for the next couple of months and see if the see miracles.

Great customer service. They answered my questions promptly and communications regarding tracking was good. I've only just started using the pro age kit that was recommended for my skin type, so I can't really review it yet. Though my first impressions are all positive.

The service is good but as the products are not cheap, although it was free postage as I bought £186 worth. I ended up having to pay £48.64 custom fees or else Royal mail would not deliver my package. This will stop people from buying too much of your products. Also I think customers should know about these extra charges. Thank you.

Great customer service but poor return policy, NO return policy!!!!!!!I was very unhappy about this policy! I accidentally bought the wrong item, and now have three of the same item, I literally took it out of the box and read the invoice and messaged them straight away as I realised I had bought the wrong one! Honest error! I bought Mandelic Serum instead of (Mandelic Peel), I have a baby and I pressed the wrong one in the ordering process amongst doing other things with a baby! If anyone has children you know how tough it is just ordering anything!!! Yes one of those moments! But NO, they don’t return with their policy so I could not return it to purchase the Mandelic Peel instead, I also just spent close to 300.00 on a whole new brightening set my second since September it’s now October, but no exceptions! That’s terrible!!!! Though…Customer service is excellent I give credit where it’s due! But it doesn’t rectify having 3 of the same product! It makes no sense to me at all! If they had returned it they would have retained a customer for years! This return policy is flawed! The item was never opened just taken out of the packaged box!!

I have been using the brightening kit for 4 weeks, I haven’t noticed any improvement in my skin. Smells nice but very expensive. Won’t be repurchasing

These products are game changers for long sufferers of hormonal melasma such as myself. My confidence has been restored and I am wearing much less makeup and generally feeling so much happier in my own skin. The customer service was very good and delivery was fast. Very happy customer.

Have been using the products for almost 7 weeks. Haven't seen the results yet and got the bruise looking spot under my left eye which is concerning. Hope the products are not strong. I have dry skin and the products make my skin tight and dry after applying with no glow on my skin so far. Don't know how it's going to assist me with my hyperpigmentation which is on my top right face

I am 45 and have hormonal Malasma since 2013. I’m using the brightening kit I purchased in early August 2024 I wanted to give it a good chance to take effect. Although my Malasma hasn’t faded I have noticed a significant change in the texture of my skin. As well as my forehead lines are not as prominent. My makeup sits better on my skin and all of my deep blackheads came to the surface. I have really oily skin and after using this, my face is a lot more balanced. Even though I purchased to combat my Malasma I’m not disappointed. I have purchased the nano Sponge facial and I’m hoping that now is a good time to use it since giving it a few weeks of treatment with the brightening kit to bring the pigmentation up to the surface enough to see more results with the Melasma. I’ll then try to save up for the maintenance kit. Life is quite expensive as we know.But I’m happy to pay for something that works. So I’ll stick with it and fingers crossed I’ll get to the day I don’t need to cover my dark patchy skin with makeup 🤞 xx
