I've been a loyal customer of William Hill since 2011, consistently depositing and playing on their site on a weekly to daily basis. However, I recently found myself blocked from accessing bonuses due to safer gambling rules for the second time. As someone who has been a long-term customer, I find this unfair and extremely dissatisfying. It's disappointing to be penalized in this way despite my loyalty. Consequently, I am deeply upset about this experience and feel compelled to give William Hill a 1-star rating. Additionally, because of this issue, I have requested to close my account and will be taking my business elsewhere.
