My experience with Wilbank Reptiles was flawless. The BEL Ball Python was healthy and beautiful. She is eating extremely well. Thank you for enhancing my collection. I look forward to buying some more in the future.

Our purchase of our python was the most simple and headache free purchase we have made online. Worry was taken out of the equation due to the great communication between Wilbanksreptiles.com and us. Thankyou for making it an easy transition into becoming first time snake owners.

I picked up my guy in person after having surgery. My boyfriend went in to pick him up and the breeder came out to personally hand my boy to me. He also went over a lot of information and made sure I knew everything I needed to take care of him. This is my first snake, but I know when I decide to get another exactly where I will be purchasing it from! My snake was picked up on a Friday and he ate without hesitation on Tuesday!

As with everything from Mike Wilbanks, these egg trays are well designed. The angular design means that even large eggs will fit well. Mike always ships promptly. No wonder he is known as a leader in this industry.

I've bought pythons from them twice now and both times have been excellent. All 5 pythons showed up healthy, on time, and as advertised. Customer support is top notch!! You really can't beat them. Good people, good reptiles, good service and all around great one stop reptile shop! Definitely repeat business in the future as my projects grow.

The seller was very polite and professional when answering my questions and the process for purchasing my snake was very simple! Snake arrived cold, but I liked that the package came with proper instructions for warming your snake back up. My little guy is so sweet and arrived alive and healthy.

Animals came packed very well and were kept nice and warm. Both animals are exceptionally healthy, stunning snakes and healthy appetites. They had not a single issue with taking feed right away and are extremely high quality snakes. Will absolutely return to Wilbanks for more to add into my own breeding future come!

I loved the customer service we received as we purchased our snake in the actual building, not online. I was very pleased with the fact that we were allowed to handle the snakes of interest to help aid our choice before purchasing. She came a little shy but she's a great girl beautiful colors and ate a week after I got her they was very helpful on size mouse she needed just a wonderful place to order from and will do so if I look for future snakes

Great service and beautiful healthy animals. I've gotten 2 from them and couldn't be happier. I have a female pie bald that is a show stopper that everyone HAS to see when they come over and just got a male Clown that is so bright and beautifully patterned it's hypnotizing. I couldn't be happier with my experience with wilbanks captive bred reptiles. Our new baby showed up healthy, docile and beautiful. We've had her for over a week now and she has eaten, drank and explored her new home. I will definitely go back to these guys for future reptiles.

Loved the packaging she was very secure and well packaged appreciated all instructions included being it was my first snake to EVER! Come in the mail so that was a new experience and she was cold but thanx to the instructions included I knew to warm her in my hands first rather than putting her straight in a hot enclosure. The cold part though I would say falls on fedex being that delivery was about 5hrs later than stated and it was a pretty chilly day she was even more beautiful in person then in any picture. Ball python arrived happy and healthy, used Wilbanks twice now and absolutely everything has gone great. They care about their animals and it shows, as I live in quite a hot area and they helped me figure out a process best for the transportation of the animal. (I ended up picking her up instead of home delivery as it would’ve been quite risky to have her on a truck in 95+ degrees Fahrenheit.)

The animals always arrive in safe conditions from Wilbanks - FedEx can be a little rough with the snake deliveries though. A few times I’ve seen them being mishandled in delivery - one driver kicked the box and the other holds it upside down and side ways. No fault of wilbanks though!

I currently own 5 Wilbanks ball python. Prior to going with this breeder I did a huge amount of research on various breeders both in Canada (where I live) as well as in the USA. One would think I would have bought local or at least within my own country. After my research I knew Wilbanks was my best bet. Amazing selection. Great reviews. Positive word of mouth. A lengthy history of being a reputable breeder. And really nice staff both speaking to them on the phone and via email. Never regret making Wilbanks Captive Bred Reptiles my go-to choice of breeders. A+ and a completely class act operation.
