Is wickedclothes.com Legit?

I have over 10 shirts/sweaters from Wicked Clothes for 5ish years and they have all held up great. I also got sent the wrong size and they exchanged the shirt with no problem because I was in the return window. I literally wear my “holy smokes” shirt once a week and it is still in great condition.

I’ve ordered $180+ worth of clothing from them, shipping took longer than expected, print quality is pretty decent but actually clothing quality is BAD. My order was place mid September 2023, it is now not even February of 2024 and already my T-shirt is having loose thread at the sleeves. I’ve had $5 tshirts hold up better than this $35.95 BS.

Ordered a shirt which arrived with a hole in the middle. I did not try to wear the shirt until ~4 weeks later, at which point I discovered the hole. Ivanna from Wicked Clothes advised that I had missed the return/exchange window and offered me 10% and then 15% off a future order. I will not be placing any further orders given that their clothing has holes and their return/exchange policy is not customer friendly. I do not recommend this brand.

I looked at this site after placed my order and was quite concerned, and yes there is a substantial wait period- around a month or so so be prepared- however after receiving my first item I’m stoked. I got the mid/low dress and it is perfect, can’t wait to see what the other stuff turns out like. I reckon if the store gave more warning on wait times like wish does it would cause less confusion for customers, but it’s not a scam I swear!

Ordered a long sleeved shirt from them and only after I'd ordered it did I look at the reviews here and was a bit concerned about the shipping. Thankfully once I figured out Asendias weird shipping tracker everything was completely fine and it arrived in about 4 weeks to New Zealand which was about what I expected. The shirt material is comfy and soft and it would also work as a light sweater I think for autumn/spring! I do really enjoy the design as well, mothman being iconic and all.

Accidentally didn't include the apt # for my order, and reached out December 31 to see about updating details. Still haven't heard anything back by email, and my order has already shipped. No way to update with FedEx either, and customer support doesn't respond to emails in timely manner at all. Though they said to reach out by email asap, they are not responding whatsoever. Can't update details via website either, so if no response comes you're screwed.

I absolutely love their designs and shirts. But the hoodies and sweatshirts are poor quality and thin. One hoodie pilled and seem on waist started to unravel after wearing twice and another hoodie's seem on pocket unraveled 1st time wearing it. All before even washing them. I'll still by from them hoping their quality gets better.

Highly recommend this brand, I received my 2 sweatshirts in Australia within 3 weeks. The quality is great, very soft and comfortable. I recommend ordering a larger size as it is extra comfy. I ordered the mothman and the gate keepers sweatshirt and love the design, I was pleasantly surprised about the pink skull design down the sleeves on the gate keeper sweatshirt. Everyone comments on them and I will be a returning customer.

Terrible customer service. Takes months to ship. Small business my a**. Website told me if I ordered I’d get it before Christmas, as these were going to be gifts for the holiday (I ordered December 9th) it’s now december 31st and customer service sends automated emails back when contacted. I’m supposedly going to get my order January 2nd.. we will see. Only shops from Orlando Florida too… what the actual f0ck?!?

I ordered a few shirts and somehow they fell out of the package on the way to me and FedEx delivered an empty package. I contacted Wicked Clothes and they responded in just a few business days with a tracking number and a message saying they’re sending a replacement shipment. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Plus, I am always happy with their products.

The communication with them was really easy, and they were always supportive and kind. They gave me a delivery date, but it arrived weeks in advance, which was a lovely surprise (and it was days before my event). I loved the kimono, nice quality and fits perfectly. Thank you for the great service!

Horrible customer support. You’re lucky if you can get a response out of them. Also, they had a fake giveaway for a 12-foot skeleton, and told people all they had to do was download their app to be entered! However, they never even gave the skeleton away. It was all a lie to get more downloads and possible customers, and when anybody asks about it in their Instagram comments they just ignore everybody.

I've ordered multiple t-shirts and sweatshirts over the last few years and have never had a bad experience. I always get shipping information within 3-5 business days, and there's never been a problem with my order. The clothes are great quality (held up for years now without fading or wear), don't shrink in the wash, and the sizing is accurate. I've seen comments that they're in China, but from what I can tell they are out of Florida state (?). Customer service has always been responsive on the rare occasion I've reached out to them. I love the clothes and I'm going to continue being a customer!

The boxer briefs are a horrible fit and at $20 a pair are definitely not worth it. Also their tshirts run on the small side. I was a little slow on complaining and went past the 30 day return so was basically tolde there was nothing they could do about how the horrible fitting underwear. Thumbs down. I like their button ups but will not be getting another due to their horrible policies and customer service.

This Review is based solely on customer service. I suspect that my package was stolen because it was “delivered”by FedEx on a Sunday. I still hadn’t received it, I reached out to customer service and they have been especially helpful. The customer Representative that helped me was Ashely, she was helpful, professional and very prompt. I will do a follow up review once I’ve received my clothes! Thank you again Ashley :)

Only received half my order which was placed in November. Contacted the company by email twice and have received no response. Tried their facebook messenger and can see they've read my message but still no response. Really frustrating, don't put yourselves through it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I’ve been waiting over 2 months for two items to ship. Have emailed them several times, with no reply, but they have time to keep promoting sales on social media? Tried to report them to the BBB, but they’re not even accredited with them? Am I ever going to receive anything or get my money back? Some people have even been waiting since BLACK FRIDAY for their stuff with no shipping updates or any communication.

This is one of my favorite clothing brands. They use different artists to create completely unique shirts! They accept returns and respond quickly to any issue! The shirts are soft but high quality! Highly Recommend!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Along with every other person who had issues with their clothing not arriving, or not getting any sort of customer service, I had the same problems! Finally, now that my clothes are here… I’ve washed one of the shirts for the first time and it’s already peeling pretty bad. Just avoid this company. They had some great designs, but they’ve really screwed themselves by providing garbage clothing and even crappier customer service! Totally over them.

They let me exchange some shirts for a different size, ordered 3 times and never had an issue with anything. Only thing is the latest order I received had a thinner less quality tee shirts than before.
