Hi ordered a Dog wine bottle holder when it arrived it was awful and even more so for the price I asked for a return address and refund I was made an offer of £2.00 item with postage was £17.00 I refused then the final offer was £4.00 I emailed back and asked for a full return and refund I’ve never heard again from them have emailed six times since the item couldn’t be given as a present and will go in the bin not suitable for person or as a toy to dangerous

I was charged too much for my shell shaped make up bag, they refunded the money taken in error on request. So far so good. Unfortunately 4 weeks later I still haven’t received my item, a gift for my daughter. I can’t recommend this company.

If I could give -10 I would. Serves me right TRYING to buy sommat on FB. The items never arrived tho over a 2 month period they kept giving out tracking numbers. In this country ( UK) our packages are tracked by Royal Mail. They let you know by E.mail when and where an item will be delivered. They tried to say the item had been delivered and signed for on the 28th November. My postie Chis said it never came through him. The company still maintain it was delivered to me but they can't even give me the address it was supposedly sent to. AVOID THIS BUNCH OF SHOWERS AT ALL COST.

My mother ordered two bags from this site and oh my god so many problems with this website is unbelievable. 1. the bags she ordered are 100% totally different to what she ordered.2. When my mother requested a refund they want an email with proof of the order then they want pictures of the items and how sneaky they ask for this sticker which is a QR code on the items that if you don't have that won't give you refunded. Sent pictures of everything they have asked for. They come back to saying that we are gonna try give your refund of £7 which the order was a lot more then £7.3 The have tried to take two payment out of my mother account 1 $19.85 - 2 $200 this company is a scam never trust them

Beware! I purchased an item from this company which totalled, inc postage, £17.63. They proceeded to take over £22 from my account fraudulently, without my knowledge. There is nothing on the invoice to indicate this addition. The invoice accurately states £17.63. In addition an extra 65p was added, by the way, for insurance - again without my knowledge so in all almost £6 was taken that I did not authorise.Still waiting for any communication.
