whoop.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives whoop.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 85.7. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 85.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to whoop.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning whoop.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between whoop.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of whoop.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of whoop.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. whoop.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether whoop.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether whoop.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, whoop.com.

It’s a great product that will make you healthier for the cost of one of your 10 streaming services or one meal a month that you probably don’t need. Make recovery a priority. Even if you don’t exercise much, if you sleep right the whoop will show you quantifiable benefits and help you organize and prioritize your sleep. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you want with it. Track things you didn’t ever think about, compete with your friends, create goals, or just sit there and be happy if you get a green day for treating your body well. Over 2000 recoveries for me and it has helped me create better habits for myself.
Whoop is a fantastic motivator for me in terms of encouraging exercise, discouraging alcohol (as it tells me how poor my sleep is). It has helped me to exercise more often and drink less often. It also made me realise that I work much harder in the gym with my PT that when I am on my own, which makes my exercising now much more efficient
Awesome product and company. Kind of expensive considering they charge a subscription instead of a one-time fee for their product but I personally consider it well worth ti.
WHOOP is suitable for everyone, whether you're a mother, an athlete, a student, or an elder. It takes customization and metrics to a new level, and I learn more about myself every day. It has significantly improved my sleep because now I know what quality sleep looks like. It motivates me to do better for myself, and I appreciate that the motivation comes from within, while there's a simple band on my wrist that I don't need to focus on to get amazing results. The battery life is great, the band is comfortable, and the community on the platform makes it worthwhile! Try WHOOP for one month, and you will be hooked. After that month, when you continue learning more about yourself, let me know how much appreciation and detail goes into a product that truly is tailored to better me.
Whoop provides nearly impeccable value at an affordable price (30 USD / month). It helped me diagnose my sleep apnea and overcome it. It also helped me uncover when to exercise (and when to rest), what impact my lifestyle choices made on my fitness (notably my resting heart rate), and has overall given me a new lease on life altogether.
I agree that the customer service is really poor for what you pay. I am really not understanding my recovery sometimes and would need assists here. I then wanted to cancel after half a year but since I did the yearly subscription there is no way out. Also it affects my mood too much, when I see in the morning that my recovery was bad even though I am always hitting the 90-100% of sleep target and don't have factors like alcohol pushing it down, still often in the yellows... All in all I "learned" what I knew before already:- early sleep- less stress- no alcohol- no gluten- breathwork / winding down in the evening helpsI rarely learned anything to be honest and for that I don't need a membership.
Free trial is a professionally and systematically designed Scam scheme. They charge you the annual fee no matter what and then you will have to fight through your bank to prove and get your money back
Great product, but need to replace straps about every second month as gets smelly from sweat. Ordered 3 straps at 120e and they don't deliver, emails unanswered - get standard email to ask for order details and then never further action. Will most likely move to more reliable vendor such as Garmin etc.
I’ve been a whoop user since 2017 and I’ve gotta say it’s one of the most accurate wearables on the market. What sets it apart from other wearables is the strength trainer in calculating strain based not only on aerobic lord but muscular load. I find your recovery is much more accurate and your day strain is way more accurate as well. My heart rate stays restively low during lifts but strength trainer gauges it based on the lord on your muscles. I love it.
I believe WHOOP is the best wearable fitness device on the market. You will note find any more detailed insights into training, sleep and recovery than you do here. It’s ability to help you understand trends is paramount to the other devices I’ve tried and have seen others use.
If you like detailed breakdowns of how your body reacts/functions/recovers on a day to day basis, Whoop is a great tool. The ability to see areas I need to improve and the resources available through Whoops app that gives insight and advice for how to do just that is extremely helpful. It’s a little pricey, but overall I think that it is the best fitness tracker and coach I’ve tried. Been using it for about 2 years.
I have had whoop for over a year now and have never understood my body more than I do now. How my body reacts to poor choices in alcohol or bad sleep. But also how important recovery is for your body. Whoop helps me listen to my body better.
Absolutely devastated.I signed up for the free trial, and actually really enjoyed - but something came up financially.I decided to pay for monthly subscription. Costs more in the long-run, but allowed me to manage payments.Despite selecting "monthly"... Instead, they've charged me a full year in advance. Not only that, when I reached out to customer service they got my name wrong (so multiple errors now) - and they were absolutely heartless about the whole thing.Totally destroyed my trust in them as a business. PROPER sketchy trial period, offer, and business model. 100000% avoid under all circumstances.
I've ordered my whoop back in April and they screwed up the delivery three times, so I've only received the bracelet in June. It took me a very long chain of emails with their support reps to even get the tracker in the first place. After trying out Whoop for a month I've decided to get a refund as there was very little value although the experience was nice. Sent back the device in July. Still waiting for my refund in late September. Whoop's support team takes weeks to respond to any of my emails, and claim they can't just return the money to where I paid from. So I have to open a dispute with my bank.0/10, would not recommend to anyone.
Support is awful. They failed the delivery for a trial and didn't respond in emails. Will try to cancel as soon as possible
SCAM. DO NOT SIGN UP!I signed up for the trial month. I cancelled at the end of it. Received the cancellation email. Which said to wait for the return shipping label which I had paid for.The label never arrived, I then got charged a monthly subscription fee the following week. I emailed and they responded saying I signed up for a year membership and that it cannot be cancelled unless I pay €264.My account still says I am not a member, and the last email I received from whoop was confirmation of my cancellation.I contacted my bank and successfully received a charge back. Whoop then contacted me saying they would give me a phone call. They never did. They then attempted to charge my card twice for the full €264.This company is a scam. They are currently in a lawsuit over their membership terms.Thieves.
Whoop is easy to wear and comfortable. The insights into heart rate, tracking activities, workouts, sleep, and recovery help me make better decisions. Highly recommend!
Do not fall for the trap of the trial. It is impossible to cancel until the trial ends. Once the trial ends, you go to cancel, however, you must pay for the remainder of the year. This experience ruined my entire opinion about the device, service, and morality of the company. I can only imagine what other terms of the agreement they are twisting to leverage my data in ways I don't consent to.
I enjoy Whoop as a product and a company. I feel that Whoop is constantly improving and taking feedback seriously.
My first year with Whoop! just passed and I have learned hands on, the importance of rest and recovery and sleep for my fitness journey. I can’t explain how much I have learned and improved my life.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
