Fixed my many years old Gaggia Classic’s low brew temperature with this pretty quick and easy fix. Easy except my fat fingers working in a tight space was a little challenge. But the video on YouTube makes the repair super easy to do. The fix took 10 mins and immediately restored the brew temp back to hot instead of barely warm. Thanks for the great service!

My Gaggia Anima Deluxe machine that I have had for five and a half years suddenly stopped working. I called the Customer support line and spoke to Tim. He was very helpful and sent me instructions with a video on how to trouble shoot my machine to figure out what the problem was. It was very easy to follow. It turned out that the grinder was not working. I order the new grinder and they again sent me a video on how to install it. I successfully installed it myself. It was very exciting that it fixed my Espresso machine and I was back to some great Cappuccinos!! Excellent customer service and support!!!

MISSING PARTS ON BRAND NEW MACHINE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We bought the Gaggia Classic Pro E24 Espresso Machine To use for Christmas, it was missing the most important parts: the ‘frothing jet device’ and spring. Both essential to running it. So it basically just sat around taking up room. Customer service = Sitting on hold for AN HOUR. Will never use whole latte love again. STILL NO RESOLUTION….PS We’re returning it, shipping it back, and they agreed to full refund. Will update when they have done so as agreed.

My Gaggia Anima Prestige (refurbished) purchase went very smoothly. I've always enjoyed WLL videos, and the website is very helpful, but this was my first purchase, as I have used a brand not carried there. I bought this bean-to-cup machine for a friend who isn't a "coffee hobbiest." He enjoys a good coffee, but really isn't into dialing in shots and the like. The ease of use of this machine and the price-point for a refurbished machine seemed a perfect match for him. I was able to show him how to use it quickly and he's very pleased the results. In Hawaii, shipping can be an issue in terms of cost and delivery timing. I was pleased with the cost and speed of delivery. All in all, WLL did a great job on this order!

Bought an ECM Mechanika Max machine and a Eureka grinder. My experience with Whole Latte Love was great. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff that answered every question I had. Great experience buying my first serious espresso machine. It started with their online videos and buying guides which helped me decide which machine was the right fit. Once I chose one and ordered it (along with a new grinder, scale and some other accessories), my package was sent quickly and received at the end of the same week. It was packed beautifully and everything arrived safely.. prices went down a bit after Black Friday, and WLL gave me account credits for the difference without any trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending these guys for all of your coffee needs.

Bought this machine for my husband and generally the experience was great. It is a beautiful machine and makes great coffee. We did have an upgrade mixed up in our order that is being remedied quickly. My only complaint is the tamper which came with the machine. I still don’t think this is the tamper that should have come with the machine, though customer service said it is. Pictures and YouTube reviews talk about the great tamper that comes with the machine and it shows an all stainless tamper. Ours is a matte black, no logo anywhere and doesn’t even match the shiny black of the machine portafilter handles. This is very disappointing to think after spending a good amount that we didn’t get what we should have.

Called around December 15th to get buying advice betwen 2 super-automatic machines. Waited a long time, no one answered. I was prompted to leave my name/number for a call back. Never received a call. Ordered the Gaggia Anima Prestige on December 19, it was supposed to include free bag of Gaggia espresso beans... no beans. I just called again, waited about 10 minutes, and was prompted to leave my name/number again. Wonder if someone will call this time???

I recently purchased the Lelit Bianca from WLL through their website after doing a ton of research and reading reviews. They processed the order fast and I had my new machine delivered within a few days. The machine box was packaged extremely well inside two other boxes with foam spacers to prevent damage from shipping. I haven’t needed any aftercare/warranty work but I assume they will provide great service from what I’ve read online. Now I just need to work on my latte art skills

There was an item missing from my shipment (a milk frothing jug)… and after I sent back a few pictures of the packaging that they requested, a replacement for the missing item was sent right away.
