No way to post zero stars. Where do I start? American flag “suggests” made in USA. Nope. I bought a blouse within my “here’s what I’m willing to lose” budget from the Linen and Cotton category. Nope, again. Blouse has no tags…no fabric content, no laundry instructions, not even a size! But I know linen and cotton. This isn’t. Shipped from Italy where it spent over a week in customs. Italy? Yup! When I received it, return address was Chicago. Why would it go there? Not even going to try to return. Too many “nopes”! I’ll wear it to walk the dog.
The price of this item was surprisingly affordable. It feels substantially more expensive than it was. Incredible value for money! It's always great to find such a budget-friendly option that doesn't skimp on style or quality.
If I could give them zero stars I would. After weeks my order finally came. 4 XL Tshirts. None of them fit. At best they were size large in the USA.. The quality of graphics was below average and I requested a refund, they are offering me 22.00 credit and not allowing me to return the shirts. Don’t buy from these folks.
I bought the turtle slacks and they r pitiful. The large size would fit a 12 year old skinny girl. Material is so thin my butt cheeks would be hanging out. It is listed on Facebook as an Etsy business. I went to my Etsy account and it is not listed, very suspicious
RATING: F. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from whitecloths.com. The clothes look so cute but, after waiting close to a month, the clothes I finally received were very poor quality and no where near true to size! I would say they would fit a child before they would fit an adult. And after back and forth with the company, they refused to issue a return authorization and told me to 'give the clothes as a gift to someone else'!! When have you ever tried to return something to a store that didn't work out and have the retailer tell you 'no, you can't return it, just give it as a gift'?? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
A scam. Goods delivered look and feel dreadful quality. Website says "Easy Returns", while in reality they did everything they could to avoid accepting return, but fortunately I paid with Paypal and forced their hands within Paypal's buyer protection policy. Then they gave a false/undeliverable address in Hongkong as return address. Fortunately I posted with recorded signed for, with photos of everything, which meant Paypal had no choice but to refund in full and to refund return postage. AVOID.

Whitecloths is a SCAM. Do NOT order from them! They gave me two different tracking numbers for my order. One has been sitting in NY for three weeks. The other has been delivered to a CA address (I live in the Midwest). They continue to insist the order is in transit.
I ordered two dresses thru a fb ad from white cloths,com The dresses took 6 weeks to come. The order originated from Spain. When I finally received them I was not satisfied with the quality of the dresses. Although they were very pretty I wasn’t expecting them to be made of a nylon material. I have been corresponding with the company for over 4 months about receiving a refund. They have refused. First they offered to reimburse me $5, then it kept increasing a few dollars and their final amount was $18 which I wasn’t willing to accept. They had three explanations for not refunding me what I spent. 1 They had the nerve to suggest to me to find a friend who I could give them to. 2 it would be too costly for me to return the items 3 they would lose greatly because they could not resell the items I have never dealt with a customer service so terrible as them I see these sakes clothes advertised under many different names now.
Yup -- just like all the rest. Out of China but must register the company somewhere in Europe to avoid the red flags most of us have learned "the hard way" -- that being not to order from the drop ship nation. My shipping date has changed 3 times now? When I wrote to customer service for their "easy returns" shockingly they are on holiday for Chinese New Year. I'll be cancelling my payment through my credit card. Sooo sick of these sorts deals.
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE- AVOID AT ALL COST!!! The sizes are all over the place, the material is a shiny, thin polyester (NOT sweatshirts or sweaters as stated online) and the clothing smells awful. I reached out to Customer Service as only 2 of the 6 shirts I ordered fit. I ordered sizes based on their size charts! I said I would keep 2 shirts (not great but at least they fit) and the tote bag but wanted to return the other 4 shirts and get a refund. They were very difficult to work with- told me returns are very expensive & time consuming. They recommended I gift the items to friends or family and the best offer they gave me was a $5 refund. They would not even discuss a return. In addition, the order took over a month to be sent. I also found when I checked my credit card statement that I was charged an additional $29.... for "taxes". They did end up refunding this money when I called them on it. I contacted them multiple times regarding a refund for my order but got nowhere with them. I sincerely regret ever placing an order with them. The best I can do is warn others so they don't make the same mistake I did.
I was scammed by Whitecloths.com, do not buy from them. Nothing sent, nothing received, I was charged. Fake tracking info provided to PayPal when I tried to challenge it. These guys need to be shut down.
