This arrived broken in small pieces. It was poorly wrapped and cannot be fixed. Shipping takes forever.Not at all like it looked in the add...so cheap.

This was our first visit to Whisker & Bone here in St. George..We were greeted & served by this sweet youth lady named Mariah.. She treated us like we were family & saved us a lot of $ with her guidance & direction.. We will definitely be returning for all our dogs needs!!!

Like a sucker I fell for their Facebook ad showing what looked like a cloth snake slithering around on the floor with a cat happily playing with it. In reality, it took me a full month to receive this cheap piece of plastic junk from China that grinds noisily around on the floor with flashing digital headlights. It then gets stuck on the rug or objects it runs into. Meanwhile, my cat hides in terror under my desk.I then wasted a half dozen emails trying to get a refund while Alyssa, the owner played all kinds of games pretending to need more and more information--even asking me to help them improve their "corporate messaging!" And, I've since found the very same cat toy for sale all over the internet for less than half the price!

Ah, my first time falling for a scammy drop shipping scumbag on Instagram. Alyssa thinks charging people $70 ("on sale for $35!") for cheap Chinese products available anywhere else for literally $10 is making an honest living. Alyssa also thinks that it's ethical to tell customers she has policies that essentially make it impossible to cancel your order or get a refund, because Alyssa knows she's selling you cheap garbage, and all she has to do is rope you into placing an order to try to trap you. She doesn't care about making actual customers who will provide repeat business, she doesn't care about providing quality products or customer service. Because Alyssa is a liar and a scammer. Alyssa has even written a fake 5-star review on this site for her own business. It goes very well with all the fake 5-star reviews on her website. Pathetic. I'm currently on the phone with my bank pursuing a chargeback.

I should have checked reviews before ordering overpriced Chinese junk masquerading as a cat toy. When I received the Dancing Duck toy and charged it overnight, it ran for about 5 seconds. It would not run again. I turned the power switch off then on several times, but the toy would not function. I charged it overnight again to make sure it was fully charged. The light changed from red to green, indicating a full charge. Same thing: ran for 5 seconds, then nothing, even after turning it off and on several times. The customer support is worse than non-existent; it is antagonistic. They require a video showing that the toy does not function as it should. I created a video and uploaded it to Proton Drive, a well known, secure file sharing site. The support person said that the link I sent did not work, and they could not access the file. They are either incredibly incompetent or outright lying; I asked two friends to try the link, and neither one had a problem. I would give zero or negative stars if it were possible. Now I know from personal experience why they have so many one star ratings, and I am adding mine to the collection.

Do not order from this company. They are bait and switch. I ordered 12/4 but The order arrived too late for Christmas and when I asked to return, they said they only take defective returns. Their return policy states“ If your satisfaction with your purchase falls short of 100%, you have the opportunity to request a refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of order receipt or delivery, in accordance with our policy. “ it appears they ordered the defective clause just recently.Plus when I had to reorder the gift in order to have something for Christmas, it was 1/3 the price! Very BAD company

My shipment never arrived and it appears to be lost in the mail (from China) and they won’t give me my money back. They are saying the product is at a post office but can’t say which one, and the tracking information indicates nothing of the sort.

I succumbed to an ad I saw on Instagram and purchased a cat toy for my friend. Company sent a tracking number but never said it was USPS. When tracked, over several days it didn’t show up in the system. And it was on a weird site, nothing I’d ever seen before. I contacted the company and asked to cancel the order (or all felt too shady) and they said there are no returns and a 12 hour (!) cancellation policy. Then I decided to contact my credit card and dispute the charges. The product showed up a MONTH after I ordered, when the gift occasion had long passed. I cannot recommend doing business with whiskersandclaws.com they are not here for the customer.

BUYER BEWARE! They WILL NOT accept a return if you’re not 100% satisfied as stated in their return policy. Poorly written policy…..VERY MISLEADING!!!! If I could rate zero stars I would. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered the snake for my cats and they were scared. Refund/return policy was 7 days on an email I received with the order. Snake does not function on carpet, only tile or hardwood. I emailed the seller to let them know about my cats were scared and I wanted a refund. They emailed back and said only defective damaged products were eligible. I will be sending a video tomorrow to show them snake does not function on carpet as their video shows. Do not order from this company.

Total fraud. This so called company needs shut down and Alyssa should be thrown in jail for consumer fraud!!!! I’ve reported the company to the IL Attorney General’s office. Put her in jail and throw away the keys!!!!

Items are sold as a premium product, but turns out to be the same cheap stuff that ebay/Amazon sellers sell for a couple dollars. All the reviews on the merchant's website are fake, this is a scam. (all 5/5 reviews, really?) They are reselling the same item ebay sellers sell for a couple dollars. Permanent "sales": this is false advertising.

Ordered a snake toy and it is a piece of junk. Product came shipped directly from China. Origin story is questionable. Customer service is non-responsive.

Horrible company! Horrible product that they overcharged for and does not work. They have a short cancellation policy and it takes weeks for product to be shipped Do not order anything from them !

This co. should be shut down!!! What a joke!!! Sensing Snake was a piece of junk and that's being nice. Damaged, came in 2 pieces. Website said send a pic. I did. They responded send a video. This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with and I've done business online for years. Total ripoff. I'm reporting them to the Attorney General in my state. Clearly I won't get my money back but this "group" needs to be shut down.

Ordered 3 cat toys from this company. Took a month to arrive. Upon arrival, I took out the snake and turned it on only to find it had a broken wheel and didn't move the way the video showed on the site. I took a picture of the broken wheel and included it with the review I left. I either gave it 2 or 3 stars. Magically, my subpar review and the pic disappeared from the site. You only see 5 star reviews for ALL of their products! When leaving a review, you have to include your email. They didn't even have the courtesy to email me and offer to send me a new one. The interactive bird set is something my cat would like a lot more if the suction cup would stick to the floor but it keeps coming loose. Their products are cheap CRAP that they charge WAY too much for. Stay clear of this site which btw the products all come from China. As another reviewer said, tracking your shipment is nearly impossible.

I ordered a snake and within a week, one of the wheels broke. They told me that I had to request a refund within 21 days and because it was past that time, they couldn't do anything about it. Don't buy from this company!

I placed an order from an Instagram ad and fell for it. I received a confirmation email and 2 days later an email showing my item is ready for shipment and a tracking number sent. It has yet to be picked up 2 days later. A label was created but USPS is waiting for the item. The company is in the United States. I reached out to customer service to clarify and they stated they are a small company and I should receive my item between 14-30 days. If I don't, let them know. Mind you, they are quick to charge you $5.95 for shipping. Their website policy says domestic items are are usually received in 5-10 business days. Acceptable. I asked customer service to cancel item and refund it. Their policy only allows this in 12 hours from ordering. so no refund or cancellation of order.The ad and website described this item as usual cost of $60.00 and sale price is $30.00. I really should have looked around more. This item sells for an average of $13.00 on Amazon with Prime delivery of 2 days.Do not fall for them and get scammed.

After just a few times of normal cat play, the snake no longer slithers--and is no longer fun for the cat. This toy is way overpriced. I'm giving 1 star because my cat liked it.

This is a great company with excellent customer service. Their policies are clearly stated in their faq.

I'm having a few problems with this website and will avoid them moving forward. 1) They were supposed to give me a 10% discount using SPIN10. It was not applied. 2) The tracking is impossible. The links do not work. Where is the package we ordered? 3) Your tracking app "Shop" that you force customers to use to track their order DOES NOT WORK at all and is a stupid waste of time. Nobody else (Chewy, Amazon, Walmart) forces users to download a stupid and non-working application on their phone. The cat toy was a premium price, so we expected equally premium service, not sub-standard.
