ordered a north face puffer, and arrived a week later. a few signs of previous wear but wasn't expecting the quality to be brand new. great customer experience and great website. would love to see a more general selection of sweatshirts on the website rather than just college ones. I got a North Face puffer jacket for my daughter and it arrived quickly in excellent condition. In fact it almost looks nearly new, with plenty of puff and no marks. When the postal strikes hit, Vintage switched to DHL to ensure delivery, which was very helpful, and the coat arrived a day earlier than expected. I see some customers were disappointed but we certainly have no complaints.

Awful customer service next step is having to sort legal action as no reply from them via email, Instagram and phone or text. Ordered a North face puffer (for the 2nd time as they messed up before) based on a video they sent of the jacket I was buying. But they did not send this one but one which was the wrong size and a jacket in far poorer condition than the video. Essentially what was delivered was not what we purchased. Was happy to have a conversation or for the correct jacket to be sent but they just have ignored us. All they have to do is reply to the communications and this review could be very different. Just wish they would not just ignore us.

This is the best website I’ve been on for vintage clothing. The selection of north face jackets and college sweats is amazing and very reasonably priced. Little touches like receiving a Stinger candy bar with my order are class, and the postage was so quick… Burberry and Prada pieces also on the website will be my next purchase for summer for sure as the quality of the items is insane 10/10

I bought a gorgeous north face about a month ago and I’m quite happy with it. We Vintage has brilliant communication with kind and helpful qualities. One problem I do have is that I was not aware of the hole previously stitched up on the jacket sleeve, it’s not too noticeable but I do think an item slightly damaged should be notified to the buyer. I also found two toothpicks and a tissue in the jacket pocket. Otherwise I’m very happy with my purchase.
