Is westyorkshirewindows.co.uk Legit?

Replaced a tiled roof by this company. But, they haven’t got the building control certificate at all. I tried to contact the customer service. They just keep saying they are looking at it. Avoid this company.

Every person that came to my house to work were excellent. The workmanship was good. Any snags were dealt with straight away. The matched the bricks perfect to my existing bungalow. My block paving was put back and matched perfectly. The drive was swept and hosed. Can’t fault them

I had my Orangery and extension work done in October 2018. At the time when work was completed I was really pleased and our house was tranformed into an exceptional space where we spend a lot of our time as a family. Recently I had an issue where I thought a slight leak maybe the cause of some dripping noise I could hear at the back of my new extension. As the installation work carried out came with a 10 year warranty, I contacted West Yorkshire Windows and they promptly arranged for one of their inspectors to come out and having done so I was reassured that the cause of this issue maybe something else and that there were no problems within the orangery and my new extension. In dealing with my issue about this matter I felt their staff were very professional and helpful and I received very good after care service. Thank you

French Doors to balcony were not closing properly. Wind and rain blowing in.The fitter adjusted the doors, lifting them up and sealing the door.Excellent result.

The two lads in the team were speedy, efficient, and sensitive to the needs of the customer. Experienced and excellent problem solving over a couple of issues. Nothing seemed to challenge them really and they complemented each other perfectly, whilst remaining friendly and humorous on occasions . Prompt arrival at 8am both mornings and on the job 5 minutes later. Tidied up well afterwards, and kept us fully informed throughout the job. Would have them back tomorrow, so a team WYW need to keep on their books ,and recognize them as an asset to the company.

I’ve had WYW for two projects now and have been 100% satisfied on both occasions . They say what they do on their ‘ Tin’ all crews were friendly and professional and the finished project exceeded my expectations .

From initial call to home visit was very fast! We knew exactly what we wanted. We were visited by their senior design consultant CARL FARRER who was really helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to put together a 3D drawing for us on the spot, thus enabling us to see our design and make changes to it! All aspects of the proposed build were discussed from local council rules to groundwork to weather effects, finance and customer after care. The full itemised price was provided the following day,! Do not trust this company! This is brand new and look at it! Not tied into the house and major defects inc the drain not even connected. The company has not even finished and failed two turn up to fit a window just contestant lies. Left a customer who has cancer and a pregnant wife in an unsafe house with a boarded up window for to weeks!Update: your all the same company and it’s yourself that been out! Not even a sorry by phone! This was build is that bad and unsafe it had to be knocked down and started again! the customer team is a waste of space, instead of salting sorry it’s and I quote “ our driver could be in a accident” we’re actual you don’t have a clue and full of lies to get customers off the phone and then don’t call back!

The Sales Team in the showroom were very helpful but certainly not pushy at all, from the initial estimate everything was fully explained and we were kept update appropriately. Fitters were very good and worked round us in the home to minimise any disruption. Would highly reccomend

From the beginning everybody I have come across has been polite, friendly and professional. Jase and Rob turned up on time to fit the windows and I am very pleased with the work they carried out, even cleaning up after themselves.Would not hesitate to use them again.

When our 10 years old conservatory developed a misted up window a quick call to Dawn who asked for a photo of the location so they could work from the original plan within 10 days we received a call to arrange for fitting . Excellent service and no charge thank you.

Excellent customer service. I needed a replacement window handle after having the windows in place approximately 6 years. A new one was sourced and fitted willingly. Customer service was friendly and professional from the first call I made through to post completion checks. The engineer called to say he was on his way and arrived on time, the window was fixed in less than 10 mins and is working perfectly again. Thanks for another great experience. Good customer service can be hard to find these days!

We have had an extension added to the back of our house for the kitchen. Although wyw don't normally do kitchens everyone was really helpful and understanding of what I wanted. They got it through planning when it was an unusual size. Wyw have been brilliant whenever I have raised anything that I had noticed. Thanks to everyone.We also had a front porch built at the same time which is also brilliant.

The 3 year old composite door was difficult to shut. Engineer attended and fixed it perfectly. He demonstrated how I can adjust the door using an allen key in the hinges if it happens again. Excellent service, very efficient and at the agreed time. Thank you.

A couple of our glazed units had become cloudy. I was a little disappointed as they had only been fitted 3 years ago. However I contacted Dawn in Customer Services who arranged for them to be replaced without any quibble.The replacement units came very quickly and a date was set for fitting. On the day Richard, the Service Engineer, called to say he was on his way, the units were removed and replaced quickly.Although we’ve had a couple of niggly issues with our installation the service we’ve received from Dawn and Richard has always been excellent. Great customer service and support.

Really good customer service by the window/door fitters. As the scaffolding didn’t arrive as expected the days before they assured me the work would be completed as planned. When the scaffolding arrived a couple of hours later and I explained it could not be left up as we were going away after completion of the work the office people arranged for it to be removed the same day. All work completed on the day and no mess left behind. One very happy customer!
