Is westlouis.com Legit?

I ordered some boots that were advertised as genuine leather but when I got them they looked like they might be fake leather. I tried contacting them numerous times but got no response. Best case scenario they have lousy customer service and communication. Worse case scenario, they are simply a dishonest company.

The product was poorly made and the fit between the same sizes in jeans were vastly different. The kicker is the product is mailed from Gardena Calif, however for returns you have to send it registered mail to Hong Kong making it cost prohibitive to make a return!. I spent $100 on two pair of jeans, but it would cost me close to $50 to return them and who's to say I'd get the refund and not be out $150. Ridiculous return/exchange policy and poor customer service.

Bought a pair of dress shoes. Falsely advertised as leather. They are poor quality and frankly unwearable because they make too much squeaky noise and my feet do not breathe in them - poor synthetic artificial leather! Have been trying to return for days now by emailing - the only “contact us” option. No success. Completely ignored. No phone number to reach them. They pretty much sell really bad product and do not provide any service afterwards. Do not buy from them!!!

Absolutely horrible experience these people don't know what they're doing they sent me the wrong pattern of shorts and the quality was subpar if anything this company should be put out of business they're returned policy is ludicrous you're expected to ship the item back to Portugal for some monstrous shipping fee for a pair of shorts! Do not buy from these people they are ripping people off including me . not recommending these people to anyone.

Cheap, junk clothing, terrible customer service I ordered a coat snd a pair of shoes. About 10 days later, I received the coat. The coat is really cheap looking, so I guess you get what you paid for. The shoes never arrived so I contacted the customer service 6x but never received a response. I disputed the charge on my credit card and I got a fast credit from the bank. Don't waste your time or money on this cheap crap drop shipped from China.

The jacket I purchased was of good quality yet one size too small. I have no idea how to exchange it for the extra large size instead of the large which I can't even wear unless I lose 10 lbs, which might not be a bad thing lol

I’m hesitant to order clothes online, without being able to try items on for correct fit, though I took a chance because the jacket I ordered is hard to find. The price was extremely reasonable and the Jacket fit correctly for the size I ordered. West Louis also Shipped the Item promptly and provided updated tracking along the way. I’m very pleased I purchased with West Louis, and would recommend to Family and Friends.

This is the worst website the jeans are fake and when you wanna do the return policy I have to send it to china from Canada and it cost 86$ for shipping biggest mistake buying it from this website🤮

The jacket was exactly as pictured and what my teenager truly wanted. There was some initial shedding which was easily fixed with a lint brush. The material of the outer shell is soft and has the “worn” look desired.

Fast service and excellent product.I was surprised how quickly I received the package. A similar product from another retailer took 3 months. And the product was excellent quality. I hoping so, but had low expectation. Much to my surprise it was top notch.

I waited over a year to find the right coat and found it here on this site.i was a little apprehensive about ordering the coat off this site because I never heard of it before. But the coat was delivered on time and I've been browsing the site to find other great deals.

The two trousers I bought are too small so I needed to return. They gave me instructions to return to their China return address and that I had to pay for the shipping. So I did sent the items, paid almost $50 in shipping, as long as I get full refund, wouldn't mind. But then the package got stuck in China customs, I told them about it but I didn't get any response from them. I escalated the problem with PayPal and now they're asking me that I should return to a Portugal address. What the? I don't have the items anymore! I already sent to their China address! Terrible experience. Don't ever buy from them and hoping you can return items or get an exchange that easy.

Coat was a good quality. Surprised the liner went through the arms as well good quality on that aspect. Pricing and all well worth the purchase and I would buy again. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars there were some loose threads but nothing that couldn't be trimmed and nothing unraveling.

It came in a timely manner. Liked the color and style, but unfortunately the size was wrong. Jacket did not match sizing chart.

My short suede boots are very confortable. A bit tight at first but after a few hours they expanded to the size of my feet. The sole is smooth, non lippery and silent, specs I greatly appreciate. Less expensive than everything equivalent I could found on the market. I feared they would be made of low grade material. They are not. If you like the style, go for it!

I do not recommend purchasing anything from West Louis. If you encounter any problems there is no help available. I purchased some clothing from them; pictures online are not what you receive; quality is horrible. Contacted customer service 6 times by email and not one email was responded to. Zero customer service. 100% satisfaction guaranteed is a big lie. Don’t fall for it.

Nice Sports Jacket at an amazing price. Delivery was on time and I would buy from West Louis again for sure.
