Is wesellmats.com Legit?

Changed from one star to five star. They reached out based on the email I sent them (not my original review here) to understand what happened and assist. They discovered the cause of the multiple pending charges (not caused by we sell mats).Placed an order (not using PayPal). Order was shipped promptly.I don't care for theshop.com platform. I've had many problems purchasing from places that use it. We sell Mats is an exception in my book, they do a great job, and the product seems very good.

I bought 52 mats online from we sell mats. I realized I needed several more as I measured for 12x16 instead of 12x18. I contacted them the next morning and Missy followed up with me to make sure my needs were met.. She was very thorough and helpful making sure that the extra mats I bought were identical and were the right fit. Great customer service. The mats arrived 4 days earlier than quoted as well. Great product. Will buy again for my next project.

I purchased this mat for my 3-year-old Great Dane (who is slightly smaller than a bicycle ) to protect his joints from pouncing while he chases his favorite toy- a laser pointer. He has scratched, bitten, lifted, dragged, and slammed down on this mat for a month now and it is still in one piece. There are some puncture marks from his teeth but no tears, not even around the puncture marks. The durability of this mat exceeded expectations. The only drawback is its relatively light weight, which allows my dog to pick the mat up and move it.

I ordered four purple folding to take with me on a trip to the National Women's Martial Arts Federation annual conference in early August. I used the mats to teach my class on knife defense techniques. The mats were perfect for me to transport in my car and move into the facility. The handles are brilliant and the weight of the mats made them easy to use. Other instructors used them as well. I will be ordering more.

I ordered a air mat for my daughter to use in our home. We use the product on carpet but unfortunately we had a problem with the product holding air and deflating. Much to my surprise customer service reached out after finding out about the problem and agreed to ship a replacement. This level of customer service is unheard of in today’s society. It speaks volumes of their customer service, willingness to stand behind their products and loyalty. Thank you for your assistance We Sell Mats!

Our Granddaughter needed a mat for her gymnastics We tried to get a mat elsewhere (because we didn't know about "We Sell Mats") but could not get it delivered. This was in Nov for XMas delivery. Found "We Sell Mats", contacted them with an order and within 10 days it was at our door. Great quality, right size, competitively priced, and of course was promptly shipped. Very pleased as was our Granddaughter! Will definitely be a return customer should the need arise!

We Sell Mats has been great! There was a color issue with a manufacturer that they were quick to resolve, which I greatly appreciate. The quality of the mats is excellent and gives me peace of mind that my kid is safe from head bonks if he falls in his playroom. They’re easy to cut to get up against the walls/baseboards, and easy to clean. Will definitely order here again if I need additional mats.

We’re using this mat as a wall protector and so far so good. Had our wall damaged too many times so this has become our first defense against enthusiastic basketball players. Now we’re all happy.

This is the third time I've ordered from We Sell Mats. They ship well. Product is nicely packed no matter if order is large or small (I've done both). My address changed and Chanel, Customer Experience Team Lead, reached out to make sure they were shipping to the right address. That's great problem prevention customer service! Wish all companies were this good. And the product is great as well.

Bought a mat for my little girl to use as a cheer mat!! Order process was straight forward and shipping fast, arrived well in time for Christmas and she was very happy when she opened it on christmas morning, Would definately recommend and buy again.

Ordering went fine.In the shipping they squeezed too many mats in the box and on some of them, the edges were damaged. Luckily I have some to cut down and should be able to work around them.To follow up I was contacted about this by some nice folks in customer service and they sent replacements at no charge and said they would provide feedback to their shipping department. I will update my rating and thanks very much!

Exactly what I wanted & got what I ordered. The 1" thickness keeps the tiles from sliding on the carpet over which they're laid. Perfect for my workouts, including including body weight, dumbbells, bands, and mobility work.

Given as a gift for our granddaughter. Her parents are happy with it, especially the amount of foam, durable fabric and that it folds. I was happy with the ordering and delivery process. I called the company and the phone was answered immediately.Good customer service despite the Pandemic! Thanks!

Great experience and the tiles are better than I expected. It's a very nice pattern printed on them and high quality foam. We are using them in combo with a cage for our foster kittens to make cleanups easier. They wipe down really well and are so easy to clean compared to the carpet before.

I ordered the 5/8 gym tiles. I ordered the white oak. Unfortunately several packs came in marked white oak, but were a lighter color then some of the other packs. I called customer service and they were extremely nice and helpful. I had new packs delivered the next day, unfortunately they too did not match, either. I was anxious to get flooring completed so I used the lighter tiles for the border around the room. A little disappointed the whole room doesn’t match, but love how the flooring feels.
