Is weightworld.uk Legit?

Good price and great service. Arrived in a waterproof bag which was good as postmen sometimes leave parcels on the doorstep despite the weather! Just started using the vitamins so have no idea if they workbor no. Fingers crossed I'm hoping they help with my health issues. Would recommend seller though.

When I initially puchased the item, it wasn't clear whether my payment had gone through, so I put it through again. On checking my mobile bank account, I saw that 2 payments had been taken out. I e-mailed WeightWorld.uk about the problem and my extra payment was back in my account, within about half an hour. Excellent Customer Service. I received the item the next day and I love it.

I have only scored a 4 because of there being no batteries for remote and the instruction manual could have been more informative. Other than that the item is very good.

I ordered two products which equated to 4 bottles of gummies. It only took 2 days to get it delivered which was great. The only thing I didn't like was that I got 4 emails about my order being dispatched when I only needed one.

Only on my third patch but the first one didn’t stick to my skin I put it at the top of my arm and it fell off then stuck the next one on my belly and seemed to stick a little better but still started to peel off

I had made a post code error and they tried to deliver multiple times before canceling delivery. I also did not realise that Comfort Click were the manufacturers so thought the deliveey emails were phishing emails. When these were clarified (by nice, efficient staff at weightworld), the delivery was very prompt. The delivery man even went to the trouble of coming to the back door; as I didn't hear the front door knock. Very good service. Also very good value, quality supplement. Thank you

Vibration plate. It’s a brilliant product at a competitive price. Ordering was so easy and it was delivered very quickly. I have used it over the last 4 days and it really does exactly what you expect it to, it’s a well built quality product. The other plus is it has a two year warranty!

Hiyalaronic acid. Delivery prompt. Strength of content high. Taken primarily to help shoulder injury repair, hard to put what affect it had on that but a suprise was that the dry eyes I had have now got moist and I do not have to rely on prescribed eye drops so much. Also the " pinch test" on the back of my hand shows my 83 year old skin has improved. A previous use of the same supplement but different manufacturer was significantly more expensive and the affect less

Havnt received order got a email to say they’ve noticed tracking hasn’t changed so there going to send out another order. Since then still havnt had anything but keep getting emails about leave a review. Just after I posted this I got a phone call from a man that was very helpful he explained what had happened and made sure another order got sent to me with a different courier. Il change my score now as the customer service was 10/10 once they phoned me.

I was very disappointed by their poor delivery and customer service. Eventually they delivered and added an extra for the delay. Now I can’t get rid of their offers! I’ll never use this company again!!
