Is wegotsoccer.com Legit?

I don't understand how this business still exists! I ordered my daughters club uniforms through their website but found out they were too big. I tried to have at least the shorts exchanged since the jerseys are customized and not exchangeable. So I went through their website and found out I need to put a new order first then they can issue a return authorization for me to return the shorts. But after a week, I haven't got the return authorization. Tried to contact them by email, no response. Called them, no one picked the phone. Trying to find the live chat, no success. What a horrible customer service!

Every time I have ordered from them there is always an issue with at least 1 or more items. I placed the ordered July 8th and everything was in stock. Received some of my order but 2 game jerseys were missing. I followed up and was told it has been backordered and would be here by the middle of August. It is now August 20th so I reached back out and they said the item is in stock but will take 2 weeks. We have tournaments this weekend. This happens literally every time I order from them. I don't know who they know to have such a strong hold on youth soccer but they are the worst to do business with.

Horrible experience with this company. I never received the shoes and denied my refund. My mistake is not looking at the reviews of this company before buying anything from them. Please stay away from this company as far as possible. Hopefully my review saves people hard-earned money.

Very disappointed with the shipping times to Canada. First I paid $75 Cdn to ship a pair of Soccer Cleats and the product took over 2 weeks to arrive. No customs delay just shipped at low priority. During that waiting period I made purchases from a competitor....I paid less for shipping ( half the price) and the product arrived 7 days earlier. I also checked the cost from my post office to San Diego and recieved a quote $25 cheaper. So I waited long and they made money on shipping. I am disgusted and as a Soccer Academy Director you have lost mine and my 600 members business.

Ordered a hoodie from the Team site and was too small. Tried to exchange it - but they said no returns on custom items. I did not customize - there was no messaging about no returns on the PDP or in cart. I simply ordered what was displayed. Very deceptive marketing and operations practices. Strongly consider not ordering from this company. Response: if an article of clothing is ALREADY imprinted it cannot be considered custom (custom is made or done to order for a particular customer). You simply cannot print a bunch of shirts, maintain inventory and then claim that they are custom. That is illegal

From start to finish I'm completely unsatisfied with the business we got soccer. I originally ordered a pair of cleats with the thought that they'd be there in about a week or so. I got an original confirmation email telling me that they'd received my payment and were going to send me my cleats. I waited almost a week for the tracking number email, and I never received it. I think to contact customer support and ask what is happening with my order. It says that they will respond in 24 to 48 business hours. Four days later, I got a response that said that the cleats were no longer in stock and that I would be refunded. Mind you it has been almost a week and a half since I originally ordered the cleats, which I needed for a tournament. The part that made it even worse was the fact that they didn't tell me they were out of stock until I reached out to them first. How much longer would it have gone had I not reached out?? After they tell me about the refund which will take 3 to 5 days approximately they say. The worst part is I go look on the website for the cleats I bought, and it says that they are still in stock in the exact color and size I ordered. This just means that somebody else is going to buy these cleats expecting that they are in stock when in reality they are not. Overall horrible experience and I will never be using we got soccer again. I would not recommend that anybody else use them either.

They don't have a customer-friendly return policy on cleats. WeGotSoccer only allows returns of brand new cleats. There is no way for a player to experience the true fit and performance of the cleats, besides just trying them in the store. My daughter wore her Nike AG Elite cleats for 1 training session and they gave her severe blisters (unlike any other pair). But because she wore them for 90 minutes, they will not take them back. I wasn't looking for a refund. I wanted an exchange. Extremely poor return policy compared to its peers.For those looking for better return policies:Soccer.com has a 30 day, no questions asked, train and play in the cleats and return them for any reason. I've also returned cleats to Dick's because they were not comfortable after playing in them.

The workers here were knowledgeable about my wishes for the first pair of cleats I bought in a half dozen years. They encouraged me to try on multiple pairs and gave me a solid run-down of the pros/cons in relation to what I was looking for (fit, durability, longevity, and price). Nice to get help from someone who has the same passion for sports as you do. Never felt pressured or hurried.

I returned an item (which of course I had to mail back myself at my own expense). The tracking showed it had been delivered to them two weeks ago at that point and I still did not receive a refund or any acknowledgment of receipt. I had to email multiple times to get a response and eventually a refund. Replied and said it should not be my job to micromanage my refund and that I was unhappy with my experience, and once again was ignored. These people are just jerks.

Ordered an Ertz womens #8 soccer jersey size ladies Medium. It was way too small by all standards. Tried to do a simple exchange for a larger size and was denied. They said "customized" shirts are final sale. How is #8 Ertz customized? That is her number. Nothing customized about it at all. I was reluctant to order from them in the beginning and they proved me right.

Worst attempt at omni-channel retail I have ever seen. If I buy something at the retail store in Jacksonville, it is always a great experience. The people are nice, and the product is solid. However, stay away from the website at all costs. Their fulfillment is awful, and then when you want to ask about it the service is equally awful. If you have a local store, you are probably safe (Jax for sure), but otherwise I would avoid them and use Soccer.com.

Reading the Wegotsoccer reviews only after having placed my order for the size ten Zoom Vapor 14 Pro, which no other site had in stock, my spirits were dampened if I’m honest. But the shoes came delivered as ordered and in a prompt fashion.

Besides everything being overpriced, when you try to return something that you bought using the company that made the product´s sizing chart, they won´t take it back!! The product did not even have a name or number on it

Absolutely awful experience with We Got Soccer. Shipping is months (!!) behind schedule. I get a different answer from every customer service rep I speak to. After a total runaround on a soccer kit that was ordered in early July (still waiting in late Sept when the rest of the team has received their). They won't even ship the items free when they are ready. I have never experienced something like this - and am not willing to blame covid-related delays. Stay away!!

Slow prep, shipping and same old story from customer rep. Ordered 1 month and 10 days ago, estimated 3-5 weeks shipment. 8 days ago I requested updated ETA and was told 5-10 business days. I called again today and got the same "canned response" of 1-2 weeks. Seems like that's their typical response. Games start this weekend and we have nothing! I wish we had another option to get uniforms.

BUY ONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME, OR PAY EXTRA FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO DELIVER FATSER.I got my package delivered in perfect condition and everything. However with very very few protection. Also I had sent them an email asking to pause my delivery or give me the possibility to change the delivery location because the processing was taking very long (it took around a week or more) and I didn’t know if the package would come in time (I had to leave but didn’t know when, so didn’t want to take any risk). Took them 3 days to reply, and it was after they gave the package to UPS, so no change was possible. Only thing left to do was hope it would arrive in time. Luckily it did, 1 hour before I left my house.

You may have soccer, but you definitely don’t have soccer uniforms. Promise was 3-5 weeks for a uniform kit, been over 7 weeks and still hasn’t even shipped. Asked to cancel and be refunded the $100 and was told sorry not possible. Definitely need to address that policy. Whether it’s custom order or not, I’m not paying for a uniform that my kid will wear for 1-2 games! Unacceptable

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Just gave me the run around for over a month and staff is incapable of reasonable problem solving conversation, basically they just read scripted policies over and over to customers with complaints and never solve the problem. They will not back a defective product and I'm out $250 and stuck with a pair of cleats that can not be worn without the potential to cause an injury. I was told to contact the boot maker (in Italy) myself!🙄

When we ordered two jerseys 12 days ago, the invoice assured us it would ship in "3 business days."It is now Wednesday. My son has a tournament starting Friday.In response to an email sent today, they first responded that it would ship NEXT week. Then, in response to a phone call, they said it had shipped TODAY. Then, in response to a followup question, they said that, well, the USPS will be picking it up sometime this afternoon. Estimated time of delivery . . . maybe Saturday?If given a choice, I will NEVER do business with this fly-by-night outfit again.

Will never buy from them again! Got our cleats in a reasonable amount of time but they were way too small and this company does NOT provide a return shipping label. You spend $300 for cleats and you return at your own expense! That is extremely poor customer service!!
