I did have no experience in sourcing from China and with Dropshipping, but Wefulfil helped me a lot and showed me everything. Especially Andrew helped me so much doing research and finding the perfect product I want. He also helped me with my Shopify store that I will launch.

The first great thing I discovered with WeFulfil, is the personalized one on one conversation about my new business and concerns. Gemma was eager to understand what I was looking for in a dropshipper. I know that I am now in good hands and good company.

I couldn't be happier with both WeFulFil apps so far (WFF global and WFU Australia). I found in WFF apps features that I wished existed in other dropshipping apps I use. The app makes life so much easier for merchants especially with the dilemma of shipping costs. I could write many more lines about the features I love and missed in other apps but suffice to say I'm already in love with this app. Not to forget the kind efficient support of my account manager (thank you Princess).

Drew was very concise and assistive! He is making everything clear specially for me who is new to dropshipping. I find wefulfil an awesome platform as the supplier for dropshippers. I hope they will integrate to other online selling platforms such as etsy for those who wanted to sell on other platfoms.

I couldn’t be happier with this drop shipping company, Wefulfill. They got 2 onboarding managers. Gemma and also Andrew. I got 2 account. One for local Australia and the other one is global. Gemma manages the Australian site while Andrew handles the global site. Both of them are very welcoming.

From the process of installing the WeFulfill app to adding drop shipping products to my Shopify store the whole set up process has been quite a breeze! With any questions I had my WeFulfill agent Andrew was very prompt and helpful with his responses. I highly recommend!

After i inquired on the website i immediately got in touch with an onboarding person on whatsapp who offered to have a call.he explained everything clearly and gave some credit to test out their sourcing, which i did.all the while he created a whatsapp group of support folks who would help me almost real-time.

I have used their warehousing services for over 2years now and they have been great. They always find solutions even though they are a smaller company. They always rectified mistakes, so only positive to say on my side. Jiang, my account manager is the best help.I would definitely recommend them!

Wefulfil is user-friendly and great for beginners that want to start on their drop shipping business ! They offers so many variety of products on the website and you can integrate their account with your Shopify account which makes it so convenient. My onboarding manager Gemma was also so helpful and attentive in answering all the questions and concerns that we have, on top of giving some input on what she think will work best as a beginner in the business. I was searching for a supplier not only for the products but for a supplier that takes my company serious and puts our values up first. Wefullfil does just that and more. From easy sourcing products you already have in your store while also offering their own collecting and the easy transition between my store and their products.

Got a '500 / Server Error' trying to use the site and raised a ticket - got the same error trying to read their response to the ticket, so asked them to respond via email, which they ignored. Two emails to 'Andrew' - both ignored. Not impressed and certainly shows the lack of customer support with this company. Guess the positive reviews have been bought.

Their website is user friendly which is great for a beginner. The fact that there is communication between myself and them is awesome. It makes the experience easier knowing there's someone to assist you. Enjoying my experience so far.

Excellent onboarding! They are really taking care of assisting you the best way possible! Great incoming support and no chat bots that are talking to you. Easy communication and fast respond. This is the best way to make your e-commerce experience outstanding and surely pacing out the competition!
