I ordered heart medication for my dog on the seventh of October, but it has yet to arrive. I called and spoke to a "customer service representative" who said the medication was in transit and within the allowable time frame. When I mentioned her information was contradictory to the website she nonchalantly stated I would just have to call back tomorrow. Do not waste your money and jeopardize your pet's health working with these clowns.

I placed an order for a chemotherapy drug for my cat who is on a strict two week schedule for treatment. I placed the order 10 days ago and let them know that I needed the medication this week. I learned yesterday that the drug will ship on Monday and that means Gemma will at least 4 days off schedule for her treatment. I spoke to Wedgewood today, Saturday, who told me that my instructions on the timing of receipt of the medication was vague. When I said that I would cancel payment for the late arriving medication if I did not care more about my cat receiving her drug than noting my unhappiness, the person I was speaking to me said that I could do that and would never be allowed to order from Wedgewood again. Charming customer service.

My vet referred us to Wedgewood for an ongoing med that is critical - we cannot be without it. It is Prednisone (a steroid) oral suspension. They are often out of stock, sending tons of emails that they can’t refill and when they do they take a ridiculously long time to process an order. If they are out of a flavor (like chicken) your order will just languish without any communication. When you follow up they will reprocess your order putting you at bottom of que to be filled. Their tech had ALOT of attitude and showed no understanding or compassion (and certainly no reasonable accommodation). Don’t use them if you have any other option.

COMPLETELY unresponsive. My vet called in a prescription first thing Tuesday morning -- he said I would get an email with instructions on payment, etc. Tues. afternoon rolls around, nothing.I called the customer "service" line and waited 7 minutes. Finally got a clueless and rather rude person who couldn't find my order and said it would come in "soon" and that I would get an email in "a day or two."Friday rolls around, nothing. I sent a fax -- nothing. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Overpriced, charged me the same price for one week supply as I paid the previous time for a month supply. They said it was because my vet wrote the prescription for less and it was appropriate!? They allow you to pay for expedited delivery and when the meds don’t come in the allotted time, customer service tells you it is because they still have to make the prescription. Such a run around. Glad I found a local compounding pharmacy that is doing a much better service.

They notified me via email my cat’s prescription would be delayed for 3 weeks, but day 21 they sent a $75.00 prescription without notifying me. I complained and they refused to do anything even remotely related to customer service. I canceled the order on Feb 9, 2024, they still said it was on me to pay because they couldn’t return a compound prescription. I guess not when you can steal from the customer.

I have a senior Chihuahua requiring three different heart medications. On recommendation from our veterinarian, we chose Wedgewood to compound his drugs since he is unable to have them in pill form. The initial order took over EIGHT WEEKS to compound. This alone should have been a red flag, but sadly I continued to use them. Come time for automatic refill, and our beloved pet is nearly out of his meds. Wedgewood shipped his precious heart drugs USPS (the cheapest, WORST possible method) which were supposed to have arrived Sat. Upon contacting them Monday I was rudely informed that the shipping could take up to four business days and that they had to wait until at least Tuesday before they could do anything. Right now, as I am typing this, my husband is rushing our beloved baby to the vet as the poor dog has suffered a heart attack right in front of me. If I could rate Wedgewood negative ZERO stars I would. Do not trust your precious pet's life in the hands of these butchers. All they care about is getting their hands on your $$$$.

Wedgewood Pharmacy did not have their batch of compounded medication ready. Over a three week period, I was given four different stories. Last week I was told that the medication would be ready to send out yesterday and that it would be sent by one-day shipping. I did not receive the medication today, so I called again and now am told that the medication is not ready yet. I am out of medication for my cat.

Hope your pet doesn’t actually need the meds. Ordered an urgent rx called in by my vet for my dog with cancer. Sent a shipping label almost immediately. Nearly a week later, it’s still awaiting pickup.Called up, and the woman snidely stated they need 1-2 days to compound an rx. Regardless, a week is not 1-2 days. When we inquired about expediting they shipping, they said there was nothing that could be done since the label was already created.If you have plenty of lead time, maybe this overpriced pharmacy is the way to go- but the quality of service, speed of delivery and overall support is horrendous.Go elsewhere if you care about your pet.

More trouble than it's worth. They will not provide a quote without RX. RX MUST be faxed, mailed or called into them by only the VET. They will not accept a copy or verbal from pet owner for quote purposes. I called my vet and they do not do FAXES, so they EMAILED the RX to them. Since they prefer to take RX's via phone call or fax, email will take 24-48 hours to process before they can get a quote to me.

Poor customer service, discourteous, unconcerned with animal client. Impossible to contact.
