I posted a polite and well documented review of a bad service provider and they refused to keep it posted despite that this was a member that was misleading his clients with excesssive mail forwarding fees that were 4 1/2 times what was customary with pertinent courier services. So this site doe snot give a true reliable picture of how reliable their members are. Do not trust them.

Geschil gestart naar aanleiding van Letsleds die LED-breedstralers verkoopt als dimbaar, terwijl later blijkt dat de verpakking en de formele datasheet van fabrikant Optonica aangeeft dat deze niet gedimd mag worden. Letsleds geeft per mail doodleuk aan dat de specificaties van de fabrikant niet kloppen. Per e-mail meldt de fabrikant echter nadrukkelijk dat haar specificaties correct zijn en de lamp niet gedimd mag worden. Letsleds misleidt klanten dus. Des te meer omdat een vergelijkbare niet-dimbare LED-breedstraler aanzienlijk minder kost. Webwinkelkeur spreekt Letsleds hier echter niet op aan en vindt het stiekem vervalsen van productspecificaties dus geen probleem. Dat alles onder het mom van 'neutraliteit'. De website van Webwinkelkeur geeft aan dat bij een aankoopbedrag vanaf €25 euro het geschil doorgezet kan worden naar een geschillencommissie (Digidispuut). De lamp kostte €35,95. Maar als ik dit wil, zegt Webwinkelkeur opeens dat de website niet correct is en dat dit niet kan. Snel wordt de betreffende web-pagina aangepast. Een negatieve review van Letsleds, ingediend notabene op verzoek van Webwinkelkeur!, wordt getoond zonder mijn relevante toelichting. Als ik ze hier per e-mail op aanspreek volgt geen reactie. Wel wordt de volledige reactie van Letsleds getoond. Andere zaken die het gebrek aan professionaliteit van Webwinkelkeur tonen, zijn onder andere: - Bestanden die als bewijs dienen moeten via WeTansfer ge-upload worden. Ik moet ze dagen later alsnog achter hun broek aanzitten dat ze dat ook echt doen; - De bestanden worden echter niet bekeken, zodat later opnieuw naar foto's e.d. Wordt gevraagd die al waren toegevoegd aan mijn dossier; - Het blijkt dat zij geen kennis hebben rond de eisen die gelden bij het in de handel brengen van producten in de EU. Ik moet deze kennis aandragen, terwijl dit toch echt basis vakkennis is die Webwinkelkeur moet beheersen. Met andere woorden: Webwinkelkeur is niets meer dan een bedenkelijk verdienmodel en vindt het misleiden van klanten door haar betalende leden prima. Negeren dus deze club!
