Chris was very knowledgable and walked us through the full process. He was honest and managed our expectations regarding pricing for our property. We are happy with the valuation and ready to move on to the next step of the process with a guaranteed price we can achieve.

Unable to give any valuable info at this stage, I've had a call to schedule a call today, even though the website yesterday said I'd get a call withing 5 minutes, so that's misleading, but am yet to get any real experience. Although they sent me this link to review them just now before I've had an experience, so really only filling it in so I can see other reviews

Update: This is a genuine review. The facts can be checked. We Buy Any House have requested my contact details but for what purpose? I guess they want to engage me in more arguing, conflict and unpleasantness.These reviews are fake. Paul Griffiths and Alan Whitehouse have written a word for word same review. Most reviewers have only written one review in their history on Trust Pilot. Pippa Wood’s dubious history says in August 2019, high street estate Connell’s (a competitor business to “We Buy Any House”) “shaved £100,000” off her house and still charged (which would never happen as charges are only on sale completion, and she’d need to have a multimillion pound property to “shave” off a £100,000). Assuming that isn’t a fake review, which I’m 100% it is as that’s when sister company “Sold” set up, then Pippa Wood buys a sofa in March this year (2024) for the house she moves into after August 2019, which is then sold to move into a retirement flat in July 2024 - a mere 4 months later, which is nonsense. Also, “We Buy Any House” is NOT an estate agent. They buy your house cheap for cash for a quick sale, and then sell it on at a huge profit. If you need the cash, it’d be cheaper going to a bank. Don’t trust a business that needs fake reviews to trade.

I finding a perfect property to buy for infesting was really interesting but I don’t understand how this agency works at all?! Because its no any communication within buyer and its looks agents not really interested to sell properties at all! Looks like scam

We had an appointment with this company this morning at 10.30 with Rhiday Singh. We had numerous reminders beforehand (including 5 minutes before),but nobody called.We left a voicemail on their 0800 phone number listed on google and emailed the person (Ellie) who had initially contact us.We have had no reply.Interested to see if they respond to this

Discovery call with Dawn.The lead up to the call from the initial enquiry was great with timely reminders.Dawn was super friendly an easy to talk with. We evaluated the current situation, Dawn reviewed the local market and explained clearly the options available. I took away a lot of value from the conversation and on the face of it so far, I would consider this as an option if I was looking for very fast sale and was prepared to accept the lower sale price.

Abu Suufi was great to deal with! He made using this service simple, easy, quick and very informative without using unnecessary jargon.
