Excellent product and reliable service. The rolls are super compact and last much longer than store bought! We have our delivery set to arrive when we need it and it's so simple to change the amount and deliveries when needed! Highly recommend!

Love the animal wrapping on each loo roll. They last longer than shop bought brands and its so handy having them delivered. The subscription is very flexible which is great, so you can cancel the automatic order if you haven't ran out and wait for the next order.

AVOID. Awful and false advertising. Claims the item is 100% bamboo but actually only 26% of bamboo-like grass fibres (can find this out through a simple google search). We ordered a bulk supply of toilet rolls which arrived in a damaged box therefore leaving the toilet rolls (that are not individually wrapped) exposed rendering them not fit fur purpose and faulty. I contacted the customer services team (website states within 24hours response time) stating the issues and asking for a replacement box, however they responded 4-5 days later saying that they will only provide a refund for 2 rolls. We reminded Bazoo of our Consumer Rights and even quoted their own "100% money-back guarantee" statement to show that in any given situation, we are entitled to a full refund. They of course are now asking that we are responsible for the cost of return, which again contradicts the regulations governing distance selling with faulty and not fit for purpose goods. Would suggest you avoid the headache and look into other options on the market.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the product and also love the wrapping. Mostly I like no trees are involved in the process. I’ll continue to buy this.

We have been using Bazoo loo rolls for almost a year (protected species range...because who doesn't love loo roll that comes in fancy packaging!) and we love it! Strong, long and brilliant. Game changer was our new delivery this week however...Toilet Paper Gel. My 7 year old was the first to use it...and his shouted reaction from the bathroom was as follows... " wow...this gel stuff is amazing!! You use it on the first wipe and it kind of coats your bum so the next two wipes are so much easier...and you feel all clean...it's incredible...who makes this stuff?"...."Bazoo" I say.."the guys who make the toilet rolls" "Awesome" comes the reply " those guys are amazing...and they're saving the planet too...wow"So there we go...my sons genuine review of the awesome Bazoo!

+5 stars as the products I received are of good quality. I'm happy with them, even if they are a little expensive. -1 star I did not receive all of the items I paid for. And I immediately reached out to their support to raise my complaint-1 star my email to support was missed. I waited 5 working days for a "less than 24 hours" response and sent a follow up email before I received a response. To their credit they responded within about 4 working hours of the follow up.+1 star after a bit of email exchange they did send out the missing items and I can say I'm satisfied.4/5 overall. I can only assume they are using regular email for their support team and that will cause some support requests to fall through the cracks. Once you have their attention they are prompt to resolve to a satisfactory standard. Processes and/or service management can be put in place to minimise this and I'm sure as the company matures they will do so.

Brilliant product!!! Each roll lasts so long that I’ve deferred my repeat order not once, but twice. Such a fabulous feeling to walk past the mountains of loo rolls in the supermarket knowing that my box will be delivered to my doorstep through no effort on my part - wonderful!

Best toilet paper I have been using so far. I am in my fifties, so have same experience ☺️Toilet rolls are big in size and no chemicals involved whatsoever. Paper itself is very soft but strong. Also, like the fact, that it comes cheaper then buying from the grocery shop.Definitely will be getting on regular basis because that's the toilet paper which I know won't harm me or my family.Definitely you can trust Bazoo!

I’ve been getting all our loo rolls , kitchen roll , washing sheets and toilet gel from Bazoo for months . I really like that their products are planet friendly , good quality and arrive on the doorstep. I subscribe , can have products at set intervals or adjust the times if I need less or more . I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m really pleased I found this company . One thing , many of my friends are of the older generation and don’t need or can store 24 loo rolls . Packs of 6 or 12 would be welcome .

Love this company! Prices are great products and outstanding and for all my menopausal ladies these toilet rolls are a god send, no bleach or chlorine = 😁 and no more killing of the forests. Honestly can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve been using them for about 2 years now and they are fantastic.

Brilliant service, great loo rolls. Really much softer than paper. The last box lasted me and my husband 18 weeks, so works out much cheaper plus you never run out. The colourful paper wrapping brightens up the bathroom whilst protecting the loo toll from dust etc Highly recommend.

Bazoo get customer service right, they are quick to answer any questions/queries in a prompt and friendly manner. Their products are amazing and I know I'm doing my part for the planet when purchasing them. The toilet rolls are way softer than I was expecting and I've found that we don't need to use as much as we have with other brands as it is stronger and the rolls therefore last much longer. Visitors love the look of the individually wrapped rolls too! The same goes for the kitchen roll. I really can't recommend Bazoo enough, I just wish I'd disvovered them sooner :)

Really pleased with the service, good quality loo rolls. Seem much softer than paper. I like the colourful paper wrapping looks good in the bathroom. I have subscribed so we never run out, easy to control subscriptions too. Would highly recommend

I decided to make the switch to Bazoo as I needed a bleach free toilet paper. Sadly they arrived in a box full of water. The delivery company took then away and I was left having to contact Bazoo. I've had no reply, no Customer Service. My only option will be to contact my card company.

A really great business idea and the product it excellent too.Bamboo loo-roll !, visiting family and friends thought it sounded uncomfortable, when it was mentioned in discussion, but then I pointed out they had been using it all week with no adverse comment !Now considering conversion, and for teh Kitchen roll too.

Have been getting the loo rolls delivered for months now. Great for the environment and saves us money vs that “oh god, we’ve ran out” trip to the local Co-Op to pay £3-odd for a 4 pack. Customer service excellent also. Had an issue where Evri delivered them to the doorstep without ringing the bell. Left out in the rain so almost all the rolls were ruined bar the ones in the middle. Bazoo replaced straight away with a brand new box. Very helpful customer service who took merely hours to respond. Shame there was an issue (out of Bazoo’s control) but assuring to know you won’t be waiting ages for a response.

Company shipped and delivered quickly with no hassle. Slight reduction for joining subscription service for future deliveries is helpful as is the option to move dates if required.Very happy and would recommend.
