Is wbshop.com Legit?

Ordered Ted Lasso jersey ( Dani Rojas) with absolutely no issues. Great quality shirt, shipping with USPS was fast (tracking included). As a Canadian, only shipping in the u.s. is my only disappointment.

No option for 0 stars so putting oneI made an order for Christmas on the 18th of December I spent 15 extra on expidited delivery (48 hour delivery) it still hasn’t been shipped or turned up now it’s the 30th it’s latest delivery estimation was 24th of December Christmas Eve I have sent email after email and no one has got back to me very disappointing as my brother is still waiting for his Christmas present

Just wanted to leave a review to reassure people who are nervous about ordering like I was after seeing all the bad reviews here.After reading all the negative reports here I was very hesitant to order. But they had an out of print RSVLTS shrirt that wasn't available anywhere else and I just couldn't resist.I was pleasantly surprised by my experience! My order was dispatched within 24 hours and it arrived exactly as described and in pristine condition. My only complaint is they don't ship to Australia so I had to use a parcel forwarding company.

Ordered Blade Runner on Blu-Ray, item was advertised/pictured with the "WB Iconic Moments" slipcover. I received no slipcover.

I would of given them 3.5.Thing is I order a 4k BUT they Don't change my order status.I get on touch and they don't know what's going on.But then it turns up outa the blue.If only they would of known what both hands eye doing I probably would of given them a glowing review but by blanking me not returning emails it's only 3.5/5.Communication in customer service is King!?

Really poor company after my recent experience, they took payment for an in stock item and failed to deliver it. After 5 weeks I contacted them and got no response. One week later the item was delivered, so it took 6 weeks, with no explanation for the long delay. I have added this joke of a company to my personal black-list and will not do business with them again. I suggest you do the same and save yourself the grief.

Ordered 30 Nov 23;As of today, 3rd Jan 24, not yet shipped. Online order tracking originally said delivery by 13th Dec 23, which was later revised to 1 Jan 24; Looking for an another data revision, I'd cancel but where else do you get Ted Lasso kit?

Shocked at customer service. 1 star is 1 star too many. Received incorrect goods late and separate, ordered at same time. App said both had been delivered, one didn't have delivery note inside. Items were incorrect. I have had no response in 21 days, no phone support, email only. Disgusting company.

Ordered a blu-ray of No Time To Die on Sunday 9th January as a gift for direct delivery to the recipient and only looked up the reviews of this retailer after a few days with no news. I will admit, I was pretty sceptical it would ever be shipped! The further it got through the week the more worried I became but then suddenly at 10pm on Thursday 13th January I got a ship notification. It was delivered on Monday 17th and the recipient is delighted.I wouldn't rate them highly as a retailer as it did take almost a week to ship it and I didn't feel they would have been easy to contact had I needed to, however it was delivered within an acceptable period of time and the recipient is happy. So if perhaps you are in no hurry for something like a blu-ray or DVD give them a try, but having read reviews here I would not trust them with anything big or expensive.

I wish I had looked ot up before ordering. Placing an order is easy but the quality of the product is completely subpar especially for the price. Returning is somewhat OK but then they deduct the discount of the entire order with multiple items from your refund, so that you end up paying full price for the item you're keeping. That's deceiving and doesn't build trust.Also, sizing is completely off for some products. Definitely not a good experience and would never purchase from there again.

I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing two T-shirt. The quality is terrible. The badge has an extra line of print on them. Delivery was shocking. Took ages. They were both in separate deliveries. There was no tracking available. I’m throughly disappointed and definitely won’t waste any more if my money on Tad Lasso merch. Utter rubbish

Placed an order before Christmas for a couple of Ted Lasso items. One arrived but the other didn't. I contacted customer services who in reply send a generic email. They had no idea when the item was going to be sent so in the end I requested a cancellation of the outstanding item. A £12 postage fee is also a joke considering the time taken to deliver. I wouldn't order from the store again and I think Snow Commerce who fulfil the orders, run by Rick Simpson and Alexander Cabot Saltonstall should really read some of these concerns.

NO COMMUNICATION from this DREADFUL company.I ordered an item and wasn't given the 15% discount for applying for the newsletter when i paid by ApplePay. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to let them know and ask what to do. NO REPLY. I then emailed again to say I would re-order and use a different way to pay and for them to cancel this original order. NO REPLY.I re-ordered and received the correct discount. I now have 2 of the SAME BOXSET on order...I again emailed to say I had re-ordered and to have the original order cancelled and was informed the order had been placed and couldn't be changed (EVEN THOUGH IT HADN'T BEEN DESPATCHED)I now have two identical boxsets (costing £76.50 and £89.99!!!) This site has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a design tumbler as a gift for my daughter and the design started peeling off after two weeks of use, with hand washing. I expected to receive an apology and an offer of a full refund. Instead, they refused to give me a refund or even store credit. Do not buy anything from this store.

I ordered two sweatshirts and a hat from the TV show Ted lasso. After receiving a couple of BS emails regarding the time frame for my shipping arrival, a month after its actual due date, they tried to give me the excuse that embroidery takes extra time. they refunded the nine dollar shipping charge and apologised for their mistake yet the quality of the sweatshirts is subpar. I can only assume that the quality of the hat will be equally as bad. do better #warnerbrothers

As others have said, customer service is severely lacking, taking a few business days to respond to emails. In addition, their size guide is a complete lie, so you are stuck paying shipping (and hoping to be able to return the item) for an item that isn't even close to the size they promise. Just seems so easy to give a size guide that is correct. That is what good companies do.

Just ordered an XXL Ted Lasso jacket and received a small. Hoping they make this right so I can update the review. The jacket quality is decent.

I bought two Ted Lasso tops. A t-shirt and a sweatshirt.They both arrived from different third party manufacturers and had obviously been made very cheaply with no regard to quality control and no WB branding/labels.The t-shirt, for which I paid £20, was made by Bella+Canvas - a low-quality wholesale merchant that charges around £3 per item. The printing quality was so poor and blurred that the small text was illegible.The sweatshirt, for which I paid £55, was similarly printed but the stitching was also poor. There was no branding label.Don’t get caught out.

I placed an order for a personalised (for a birthday) Richmond FC Ted Lasso top on August 28. It is now October and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched. Requests for a refund have gone unanswered. (Refund finally delivered in second week of October. Review still stands).

I really wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I've been over 2 weeks waiting for an order that said 1-3 business days. Emailing their Customer Service is a joke. Nobody responds. I'm onto my 3rd email.It's an utter shambles of a way to treat your customers.

Ordered a T-shirt for Xmas present on 12/13, site says allow one day for processing before they ship your order. Mine was not shipped until 11 days later, and, needless to say, did not receive in time. Called customer service, they had no explanation re: why it took so long to ship out my order. Disappointing!
