Is wayfair.ca Legit?

Wayfair is the most incompetent company of the online sales platforms. We placed an order when we were doing renovation in the bathroom. There are toilet, shower controls, taps, mirrors, lighting, about 11 items. When we realized that the delivery date had passed we started checking our email box if there is any notifications regarding delays but none of the emails had been found, then I called customer service and they said that they were not able to process our order and it was canceled by their department by the security reason, the details were not even explained to us. What was the reason for the refusal remains a mystery. This is absolutely unprofessional action. We decided to place a second order and the second order was also declined.

I applied for a Wayfair credit card that was supposed to have 24 months of 0% financing. However, on my first statement I was charged interest and the promo was not applied. When I called Wayfair they said I didn't choose the promo option at checkout, even though I didn't see any such option. This is a very shady company. Don't shop here.

Ordered a Murphy Bed. Found out within an hour I could not install it in my Condo. Tried to cancel. Was told Their AI releases orders with in a few minutes and couldn't be cancelled. Was already being prepared for shipment.WTF. Now I have to wait 2 weeks before it get's to Toronto so I can initiate a return. I will also have to pay return shipping charges.

I ordered a daybed and trundle and the delivery date changed. When the items were finally delivered, I received the trundle and a powerlift chair instead of the daybed. Customer service said the manufacturer would contact me in 3 days; however the additional delay is extremely inconvenient. I asked customer service for a way to submit an official complaint but was told the option does not exist.

the biggest scam company to ever deal with. I paid for 3 orders back in August / september and they claim they delivered the orders to various parts of alberta but I didn't receive any of them here in Calgary. I've received at least a hundred email claiming that they shipped the goods and for me to check with canada post. but when I sent them the money they said they were shipping fedex. they claim that they will have their management looking into it and get it resolved over and over again and again practically everyday I keep getting excuse again and again without any luck with the goods or a full refund. I wont give up asking for my goods I paid for or a full refund...Never...

Don't ever buy anything from Wayfair or Allmodern. I recently purchased an item for $85$ and got charged a $93$ international fee, which was not advertised at any point in the checkout process (I have the screenshots). I called customer service, and they only offered a 10% discount on the next order. It is ridiculous!It is fair to say that I will never order anything from Wayfair or Allmodern again, and I do NOT recommend that any utilize their services.

My wife ordered towel set which looked great. They are, in actuality, cheap low quality suitable to wipe the car and even then the nap is almost non existent. They are supposed to be Egyptian cotton. They are not like any Egyptian cotton I have ever seen these belong in a dollar store very disappointed.

I just placed an order for an expensive cabinet on November 22 and it dropped in price as of today's date Nov 27 - I called and asked them about an adjustment and they said NO they do not do ANY adjustments AFTER an order is placed - even if it hadn't shipped yet - THATS AWFUL business practice - RIP OFF - they just lost my business! Will never shop there and will never recommend them

I've never seen a company with 1 star rating across the board and that's also the reason bringing me here to vent my rage a bit. I spent hefty amount in two months and also posted reviews that I'm supposed eligible to earn the credits, but Wayfair didn't honour this promise. Holy crap how Wayfair treating a loyal customer!!I chased them several times via their chat service and called their CS line as well, emailed to service@wayfair but everything goes to no avail. The associate on Chat just beat around the bush with very indifferent attitude and answers, not at all mention no one ever replied to my emailABSOLUTELY DISASTROUS AND FRUSTRATING!!!

Amazing customer service experience! First time WayFair purchaser and felt the delivery and customer support was great! I did have to reach out because my product had a little damage but Brittany was super professional and helped me out. 5 stars and also I love my new desk 😊

If I could give 0 stars I would do so. The address I provided while purchasing was not considered and instead they processed the order to my previous address (which I had clearly told them was outdated) and they told me no cancelation, or an ability to update the address. The only solution was a $112.40 for re-routing because of the Klarna purchase, where I would have to purchase the sofa again for the full proce. The worst customer service. Do not use this website ever, use a valid retailer.

Bought massage chair and end table What they sent was a vibrating no heat peice of garbage asked for a Manager to call at least six times no response . All I get BS DONT ORDER FROM THEM I LOST OVER $ 1000.00 Company won’t call so I’ll be sueing Wayfair I mean No FAIR also delivered chair in 2 parts A WEEK APART worst online Company I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH I will email everyday

If the item you purchase has no issues, they are a valid retailer. If there are any issues, it is a nightmare trying to get a resolution. I had very expensive tables delivered that are defective. I'm four days into trying to get a resolution with no progress. This has been my experience multiple times over past ten years as a customer.

3 times in a row same wall panels arrived damaged. Always asked to repack and drag it back to FedEx to return. Horrible time delay and didn’t care for their shipping at all.

I ordered a chair that was sent out by fed ex. It was left outside despite my text not to leave it outdoors. It was taken by time I got home. I contacted wayfair they see the picture where it was left two different customer service agents kept saying wait 4 days to see if it arrives after repeating myself several time that someone stole it the issue not that it was delivered to wrong address but left carelessly outdoors.i have proof of delivery just not my 300 hundred dollar chair. I want my refund and they will not acknowledge the issue. I will never buy from wayfair again I will use Leon's or the Brick at least they have company trucks to guarantee safe arrival and some lazy FedEx company driver who can't make an effort to put it indoors. And wayfair customer service reps clearly don't get delivered to right address but left outside and taken the company doesn't seem to care or understand either. Update: The Chair left outdoors issue was to be escalated we on our third business day and still no one has reached out to me to offer any kind of solution. I will wait until Monday evening if no one has contacted me I will put a stop payment on the chair and leave the matter with Wayfair. I'm sure then I get a quick response. I will also contact their head office and a few newspapers maybe making this more public will light a fire under them to treat their customers better.

Bought a makeup vanity for my wife's birthday and was supposed to arrive the next day on November 13th. A week later and still no item. Wife's birthday was on the Sunday the 17th. Needless to say, not a great birthday!! Thanks Wayfair!! Don't promise next day if you can't achieve it.

Too bad I couldn't start with - ZERO STAR - the system automatically start with one !!!!I purchased floor tiling for my shower 3 boxes to be exact.. my contractor mange to use a little less than two boxes I contacted called and chatted trying to return a full box ( almost $135 )they wouldn't take it back A full box unopened untouched WAYFARE DON'T CARE .didn't even hear your need of help And couldn't careless about the issue. Wayfair did a mistake and they sent me an extra box. At this time, they refuse to take it back. For me this is extra money,Time Consuming, paying to destroy the box.Also, the remouved the picture I post on Facebook. I lost Sevran hours because of them.I want to retourn all boxes et the Tv stand.Their services on Facebook is very poor

Tried to return a Cannabeds mattress well within the 30 day return policy. First call ( Monday) they said my card was being refunded immediately, it wasnt. Second call Tuesday, they said it was being reviewed by a specialized team 1-3 days, third call Thursday, they said it was being immediately refunded again nothing happened fourth call Friday they said it was being reviewed by a specialist team. Do not buy a bed from these people they blatantly lie to you.
