Waxmaid has the hook up on amazing silicone pipes. We scored a Crystor S that's absolutely blazing! It had an ice catch a double percolator system and was made from platinum cured silicone. It had a really cool little magnet to hold on to our lighter or dab tool. The suction cup base made it virtually impossible to knock over when sitting on a smooth surface. Our order was delivered promptly and accurate tracking was provided every step of the way. We are beyond happy with our purchase and we'll definitely be buying more from waxmaidstore.com! Keep up the great work!

The ash catcher that waxmade provides is a top notch improvement for any water pipes that aren't easy to clean, or need some additional smoke cooling. It works with different amounts of water, and can be easily taken apart for cleaning.WARNING, do not use with a gravity bong or other water pipe that causes back pressure after a drag, it will push the water back out through the ash catcher.

***EDIT: Customer service did respond! It was in my spam folder titled “service” so I totally missed it! They sent out new atomizers immediately and offered some advice moving forward. I’m so grateful! Very hopeful this solves our issue cause we really do love the Ares, it is a super convenient and Versatile piece!*** It was a 4/20 present for my husband and we burned through both of the included atomizers within a few days of LIGHT use. Reached out and received zero response from customer service.

Love the waxmaid pipe we bought. However, when ordering the replacement bowls, two out of four have already broken. The original that these replaced lasted months. Not sure if there was a shift in manufacturing or quality but this was a waste of money and has left us extremely dissatisfied.

I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid about a month ago. I’ve been using it since, and the clear silicone on the base has since turned brown and looks dirty (the brown staining does not come off with cleaning, boiling, etc.). I emailed customer service to see if this was normal for the product, since it’s still basically new, and received weird responses calling me “fam” and not offering any real help for the situation. The last response I received said “hello fam. I’m sorry I didn’t satisfy you.” It’s a great silicone bong, but the weird customer service exchange has put me off buying more Waxmaid products.

I initially gave them one star because I ordered an Area Plus and my atomizers kept burning out and actually cracking when I used it. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for customer service so hit them up on Facebook. They put me in contact with Jack and K.T. who sent me a text asking for my address. The next week they had flown to my city to meet some vendors and asked me to meet for coffee. They brought me a brand new Ares Plus, 4 new atomizers, and a Dabber erig! I've had no issues with the new Ares Plus, in fact I'm still using the same atomizer almost 3 months later, and just the fact that they cared enough to visit me in person and bring me all of that stuff made a huge difference to me

I am absolutely impressed with their customer service. I wrote a simple email and explained my issue and they made a small request and next thing I know I have a tracking # for a whole new set. Super cool. Now if I break something I have an extra one for parts. I will definitely be ordering more product from waxmaid

this is probably one of the worst websites I've ordered off of. I ordered my water pipe and forgot to click a tiny box to change my shipping address. I've messaged you guys on everything to change my address and haven't heard anything back. NOTHING. Don't order here this site is a scam. and if there not, there customer service is just terrible then. I get the same stupid message than no operators are available.

Webpage where payment is taken a little wonky. Took me 3 times for transaction to go through. Once payment went through, just brought back to Waxmaid webpage, no order number or anything. Never received any emails from them either. Thankfully in a few days I received item purchased, expertly wrapped. All is well that ends well

Arrived within a week of ordering, strong scilionce and nice colors. I have an older model of the same product (it's an orange and white piece that isn't currently available) that ones hits better. The newer one requires more suction to smoke. It's not as smooth as the old one in my opinion but it's still a good piece I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to mess with a rig or likes to travel and smoke.

First of all, Great Products at an even better price. Super fast customer service answers questions right away. Fast delivery to put the icing on the cake. This is my 4th purchase and will be buying more from Waxmaid.

So I ordered the horn bong when I received it you could tell that when they were heating the glass to form it. The glass got way to hot andmelted bigger than what it was supposed to so the the down stem now would not fit because the hole was way to big after telling waxmaid about my problem they made sure my problem was solved after proving my defect. They sent me a new one that was correctly made for the price of the one I already purchased. Company’s like these really care about there business and it just shows with customer service thanks again for making my experience better.

I love their products. Their silicone bowls are my favorite really preserves the product with minimum waste. My last piece from them was my favorite water pipe I’ve ever used, it was the 4 in 1 silicone water pipe. Unfortunately the piece was stolen from me so haven’t been able to have the experience in a while. I recommend this website to all my friends and I can’t wait till they come out with knee products!

Received both orders within a reasonable amount of time, the first order arrived a few days before my second order. Overall very happy with the order and products, it was exactly as described on the site. They both work well and are not damaged. I think the prices I paid were well worth what I got. The only reason I left one star off is because when I was trying to get in contact with the customer service, I called for days on end and emailed and heard no response about my second package arriving later than normal with no tracking info to let me know where it was.

I ordered the Waxmaid 8" Upgraded Capsule Silicone Glass Nectar Collector Kit. It came 2 days early & works great. Even better than I expected. Very happy with my purchase.

Waxmaid makes my favorite type of silicone pipe - the horn rig is great and I've ordered the whole set twice with the glass pipe, too. I use it to dab oil concentrates and it works great. The silicone stays remarkably solid even after many uses. The glass ware is good quality and durable. Waxmaid is the best!Love - "Handy Sandy"

I made a purchase and just about every day since you have spammed me for this goddamed survey so this survey bugging me each day on end makes me want to tell everyone NOT to order from Waxmaid or you will be relentlessly spammed for this goddamed survey. Way to go, you alone caused this. Totally sucks.

I placed an order on November 1st and it has not yet shipped. I’ve emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply even though it states that you should receive a reply within 12 hours. At this point, I am questioning if this website is legitimate.EDIT: 6 days later and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. These responses from waxmaid are disingenuous.

I purchased their newest E-rig in May 2022, The Dabber. There aren't too many reviews out right now, most are from Youtubers who were sent the product. After a learning curve, I've really been enjoying it! The price was great and the quality is excellent. After a week of regular use (cleaning it with iso and q-tips after each sesh) it's in pretty much the same condition I got it. I see it lasting a while, especially since their was an extra coil included. The buying experience was great too. I was able to use Sezzle to pay, that's very nice. It was in my hands 4 days after pressing buy, couldn't be happier on that front. I'll be shopping with them again in the future, especially if their other silicone products are as good as this e-rig. My only complaint is that the instructions and packaging are in less than perfect English. They are understandable, but trial-and-error was necessary to learn when the instructions weren't completely clear.
